Your habits are the infrastructure that enables you to conduct your daily lives.
You are the ones who build this infrastructure, through a collection of aware or unaware habits and manners of conduct, which form an infrastructure according to which you manage your lives.
This practical infrastructure can contain supporting habits that back you up, as well as limiting and blocking habits. All of which, determine how you will behave and conduct yourselves on a mental, emotional, and practical level.
Into this infrastructure of habits, conditionings, automatic behaviors, and modes of conduct, you pour your cognitive energy in the form of thoughts, emotions, desires, and actions.
When your infrastructure is composed of negative habits which turn against you, then, this will become a discouraging infrastructure that will impact your mind.
Usually, into a discouraging infrastructure, you will shift negative mental energy, such as limiting, destructive, and constricting thoughts, negative emotions that make you feel down and depleted, addictive desires that harm your body and mind, and actions that are turned against you, and are harmful to you and your surroundings.
Be aware that a discouraging infrastructure might also take positive mental energy and channel it in a destructive and negative manner…
When you build an infrastructure of positive habits that support you and are for your benefit, you are in fact creating an infrastructure that uplifts you and is being used as a platform that allows you to channel your mental-emotional energy in a manner that supports you, contributing to your growth, enhancing you and your surroundings.
It is important to know that the infrastructure of habits is a dynamic infrastructure that changes and evolves along with you. Meaning, habits that supported you in the past and were an “uplifting infrastructure”, might become irrelevant at the present and even turn into a “discouraging infrastructure” that no longer serves your development.
Therefore you must become attentive to yourselves, flexible, and dynamic so that you can change habits according to your need and development.
Do not get attached to your habits but instead, understand that habits are just a tool to channel your mental-emotional energy into manifestation. Habits are a tool we are required to change as part of the natural process of development and renewal.
When you address your habits as the infrastructure through which you consciously conduct your lives, you will be able to manage your habits without getting attached to them. Thus, a habit does not become an uncontrolled automatic behavior, but a form of conduct you implement in an aware manner.

When you consciously create an infrastructure of positive and supportive habits, you create the possibility to channel your mental-emotional energy, even if it is negative, thus transforming it into a supportive and constructive force.
Meaning, when you create positive and uplifting habits that support you, you are creating an infrastructure that enables you to create a process of refining the forces of your psyche, learning to channel your mental-emotional forces from negative, violent, destructive, and harmful activities that weaken you and bring you down, towards positive and constructive activities that enhance and evolve you.
How to consciously create an infrastructure of habits that are uplifting, supportive, and back you up?
- First, think about existing habits in your lives that are “uplifting”, supportive and enhance you.
- Now, try to identify how do these habits enable you to channel positive and negative mental-emotional energy in a way that advances and evolves you.
- Then, create aware management of this habit and enhance its presence in your daily lives by perseverance.
For example, a habit of scribbling on a piece of paper while talking on the phone – this habit allows you to channel mental overload and impatience and transform them into scribbling on a piece of paper, thus creating a channeling of the surplus mental-emotional energy which allows you to concentrate and focus.
If you recognize that this habit supports you when you feel a mental overload and lack of patience, take a piece of paper and proactively scribble on it, thus you will channel your mental energy in an aware manner.
The next step will be one in which you can take this habit a step forward, and maybe find yourselves developing a new hobby of drawing, illustration, or graphics.
After you have learned to consciously manage the “uplifting” and supporting habits that already exist in your lives, think creatively about additional habits that you can create in order to support you.
