The bias of the political left and right and the principle of Active Validity with an Enlightened Heart

The world we live in is unstable. Global movements rock human society, and we observe how divisiveness, radicalization, and unrest, resulting from increasing polarization, can lead to a dangerous downward spiral.

The tectonic plates of the global political map are moving and reshaping the world.  It is happening because there is no stabilizing axis that helps balance the global event horizon and that compensates for the increased polarization, in which, ironically, the extreme left is unaware that it supports the extreme right. These forces nourish each other and amplify the chaos and the ongoing erosion process in democratic countries.

This trend reflects a bias in human awareness in which the political left and right, which were supposed to balance each other, have been perverted and distorted in a way that encourages more and more extreme events.

In this way, both the right and the left are radicalized, creating a situation where each camp’s fringes set the tone. The right is becoming increasingly extreme, nationalistic, fanatical, and inciting of violence and hatred. On the other hand, the left, which purports to be enlightened, inclusive, and a “defender of the weak”, detaches itself from the values it is allegedly supposed to represent and instead supports trends that contradict democratic and liberal values.

I have spoken over the years about the distortion of the political poles in the various seminars I have held. I brought up the solution to this phenomenon when I talked about the universal cosmic principle that I call ” Active Validity with an Enlightened Heart “. According to this principle, it is possible, on the one hand, to express validity and strength against unethical and anti-democratic forces while on the other hand to strive for the truth that lies above one political agenda or another and represents universal values.

The principle of ” Active Validity with an Enlightened Heart ” is now more essential than ever.

Using democratic tools to undermine democracy

We live in a world where radical, anti-democratic, and inhumane forces are using PC (politically correct)  culture and identity politics to bolster their goals.

An example is radical Islamic organizations such as Hamas, which mobilize global public opinion to support human rights and freedom for the minority they claim to represent. While in practice, the agenda of Hamas, and the freedom it calls for, is the freedom to express radical, violent, cruel, and oppressive Islamist ideas, which are the exact opposite of human rights and freedom.

These radical Islamic groups act as a wolf in sheep’s clothing, encouraging the progressive left to support them as they raise the banner of decolonization and the liberation of Palestine – ostensibly to return control to the Palestinian people, while in fact, their real goal is to strengthen the control of radical Islamic organizations.

Colonialism is not just the physical conquest of land. There is also religious colonialism, such as immigrants forming Islamist and anti-democratic enclaves within the places to which they have migrated. And economic colonialism, which creates economic dependence on a protectorate state, such as China has done with its economic entry into many countries and the dependence it has created as the producer of the world.

When those who purport to protect human beings and human rights support such organizations and give them a seal of approval, assistance and resources, they hand these over to those who act contrary to what they support and believe in. They do so because they do not recognize that they are becoming the devil’s advocate and are being manipulated and recruited for a purpose other than their own.

This phenomenon characterizes many left-wing voices around the world, who do not recognize that the complexity of reality, and their “left” thinking, which tries to be balanced and humane, causes them a “mental collapse” and the inability to hold a clear reality check, in which there are well-defined criteria for “good” and “evil”.

In contrast to the violent and crude populist right – the skewed and distorted left is usually more challenging to identify because it is pretentious, believes that it operates with enlightenment and goodwill, and is also afraid to express a stance so as not to lose its legitimacy.

Complex thinking and the principle of the “Probabilistic, Harmonious, Dynamic Generator”

To see things as they are, identifying the various trends through the deception and propaganda layers requires intelligent thinking, which recognizes the complexity of reality and its lack of dichotomies.

Identifying trends with impartial clarity takes courage and the ability not to become attached to a “left” or “right” way of thinking or to a left or right-wing agenda through which self-identity is defined.

Many people adopt a narrative based on the identity to which they are aligned, without checking the facts or creating thinking that involves “reverse-engineering”, whereby they look through the range of results and the scope of reasons that led to them.

Creating such a process requires honesty, a total absence of identification with an agenda, and the ability to isolate verified data in a jumble of disinformation. It is the ability to determine choices, results, and consequences and get to the bottom of things.

However, it requires investment, depth, and diligence, and more often it is much easier to adopt a narrative without checking its authenticity just because it fits well with a personal agenda and image.

This can be observed in the many people who demonstrate for a certain narrative they have adopted, but do not really know the history, details or cause in whose name they are taking to the streets.

In this video of Joseph Haddad, one can clearly see how someone identified with a specific narrative cannot justify it conceptually because she is simply unfamiliar with its history.

Terrorism in the Post-Truth Era | Louharya

There is a human tendency to create a symbiotic connection between the political camp one supports and the self-identity one adopts. Disillusionment with the illusion of “sides” is therefore painful. It is painful, but it also pays off as it is an opening for self-healing and a window of opportunity to a new reality.

To truly influence and shape reality, we must be able to move flexibly between the two approaches of “left” and “right,” thus creating a stable, flexible, and dynamic backbone, able to look at reality from different approaches and perspectives and each time choose the appropriate mode of action for that moment and that situation.

It is an action according to a principle that I call the Probabilistic, Harmonious, Dynamic Generator, which I have been teaching since 2007, in an attempt to help people navigate their way safely into the 21st century.

This principle expresses the ability to act dynamically and flexibly in the face of the extreme events in our world without being attached to rigid and arbitrary ideas or modes of action. This enables taking actions that are harmonious towards a universal truth, to which everyone is indisputably committed.

Acting according to this principle, makes it possible to look at events with a sharp and unbiased eye and create an analysis free of a left or right agenda or one political interest or another. It is a clear stance, faithful to universal values, approaching events in a probabilistic, harmonious, and dynamic way, by responding at any given time to what is required in that moment.

Taking this to the issue of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the left’s attachment to the Palestinian struggle tends to see a flat and one-dimensional picture of reality, a picture of a just struggle for freedom, liberation, and human rights for a weakened minority.

The flattening of the image and the one-dimensional view create a blind spot in the left perspective of the map. The left, which purports to be enlightened and to stand by every person as a person, does not recognize the failures that exist in the nationalist agenda of the Palestinian “freedom fighters” with which it identifies. It is an agenda of indiscriminate terrorism, violation of the rights of women, LGBTQ people, and anyone who is not a religious Muslim male.

This agenda exists alongside the desire to destroy Israel and eliminate its existence as a home for Jews or Israelis of different religions, who are connected to Israel and see it as their home.

Thus, the left unwittingly suffers from a clear preference for one side. In the name of freedom and justice, it creates oppression, discrimination, and support for the anti-democratic forces that have nothing to do with freedom. It can be observed, for example, in a post raised by environmental activist Greta Thunberg, in which the main narrative is “Stand with  Gaza”, without any statement denouncing the acts of terror that led to this round of war and the innocent people (including peace and environmental activists) who were brutally murdered.

The paradox of the immigrant colonialist

The adherence and clear preference of the left to the Palestinian side is an example of the moral price of identity politics, which purports to uphold the principles of equality, diversity, and concern for the weak, while in practice blurs the ability to cultivate an enlightened human society, which aspires to establish a universal set of values as a base on which the various streams in society exist.

Identity politics has created a system of laws that defines what is appropriate for an “enlightened” person to think about another person, what is permissible to say, and the boundaries of the discourse. In this way, it inhibits the ability to create a clear and unbiased analysis of people and cultures.

Along these lines,  it is impossible to create an evaluation and an observation of a person, a culture, an idea, or an act.  A one-dimensional picture is adopted, according to which the enlightened act is attributed to the person defined as a “minority,” “weak,” or a “victim” – even if they express unenlightened and unfair positions, and commit immoral actions.

The price of identity politics can be seen in the challenges facing European countries, which absorbed millions of immigrants out of goodwill based on a liberal and humane worldview. At the same time, out of a desire to allow freedom of expression and representation of all the different opinions and shades, along with a fear of being perceived as “racist” or condescending – they did not make sure that these immigrants would assimilate the liberal social values of these countries.

Consequently, it led to a strange situation called “reverse colonialism,” where waves of immigration pushed back social and cultural progress due to the bringing of individuals representing repressive, fundamentalist, and conservative societies into more modern, liberal, and democratic European communities. This situation has created enclaves and a seepage of ideas that essentially contradict the spirit of democracy and its values.

Thus, the aspiration for political correctness and the need to contain the minority and its identity at any cost has created a situation where instead of educating and coordinating the immigrant population to the advanced set of values that European societies have managed to create and develop over the years,  and instead of allowing immigrants to grow, develop, learn and integrate harmoniously, while setting a clear ethical boundary for conduct in society – dark opinions, and harmful customs that erode the democratic fabric of European countries are given a platform and legitimacy.

In practice, even if it may sound “politically incorrect” to you, different cultures and societies have different, higher or lower levels of consciousness.

A society in which women and LGBTQ people do not have equal rights is a less developed society than a liberal society in which every person has equal rights. A society that is ignorant and operates by prioritizing people based on religion, gender, race, or skin color is less advanced than a society with no discrimination based on religion, race, and gender.

For many, identity politics is stronger than the ability to gauge a person’s actions and motives on their own merits regardless of identity, and instead based on a universal set of values of human dignity, equality, and the right of every person to live in freedom. The lack of a clear and distinctive set of values has caused the global left to lose its moral compass and reality check to the point of being unable to distinguish between freedom fighters and murderous terrorists.

There is another thought-provoking aspect here that I think is also very sad: The left-wing political agenda has gradually eliminated our most significant power as human beings – the power of empathy, thereby creating an arbitrariness in which there is an emotional disconnection.

It is an aspect of human alienation, in which there is no simple empathy for the distress and suffering of people,  but rather an endorsement of their exclusion from the discourse just because they are positioned on the side that is not in agreement with some political opinion. They do not belong to the “correct camp,” so their suffering and loss are meaningless.

It is a painful aspect of cancel-culture that distances us from our humanity and erases people, nations, and countries dichotomously and arbitrarily.

In this way, with its “enlightened, inclusive and progressive” narrative, the decisive left-wing political opinion blocks the heart from feeling simple human empathy towards people’s suffering. So, instead of empathy, there remains only a thundering silence, or in worse cases, a gloating towards atrocities, which words cannot even describe.

About cancel culture and complex thinking

Cancel culture, which is rampant across social media, has not skipped the world’s attitude towards Israel.

In today’s reality, Israel is required to thoroughly consider its conduct in the West Bank and Gaza, the occupation, and the absence of a social and political vision, which reflects a loss of way. However, this is conduct for which Israel has undergone cancellation and boycott and which has caused many to ignore its existential need to defend itself against aggression.

Cancel culture did not skip the social reality inside Israel, in which the Israeli left weakened and gradually shrank because it was cancelled and boycotted by the extreme right and by a populist, corrupt prime minister who eliminated the left, and created dehumanization and delegitimization of it, almost to the point of a civil war.

When we follow the reverse engineering of choices, results, and consequences, it is impossible to ignore the history of the State of Israel and the challenges that have faced its left-wing camp.

Since the dawn of its existence, the State of Israel has been forced to defend itself against enemy states and terrorist organizations, which did not respect the UN decision to establish the State of Israel and, in fact to this day, do not recognize it and seek to destroy it. Life under a constant existential threat shapes a frightened, haunted, and threatened public consciousness, turning the Israeli public into a suspicious public, which has learned that it has no choice but to rely on its military power and defend its borders by force.

Nevertheless, the peace agreement with Egypt (which cut off Gaza as a means of getting rid of a troublesome problem) and with Jordan, and recently also the agreements with the Gulf states, proved that the Israelis, despite the existential threat and the bloody history and persecution, preferred hope and reaching out to other countries.

The history of relations between Israel and the Palestinians is full of ups and downs, tragedies, and unfortunate mutual choices influenced by both sides’ history and narratives in the conflict. But it is impossible to ignore that the Israeli left, despite great concern among the Israeli public and in the absence of broad agreement, tried with all its might to promote a solution to the Palestinian issue through the Oslo Accords – and suffered a critical blow.

The outreached hand of Israel for peace won only a murderous wave of terror attacks, the blowing up of buses and the harming of many innocent civilians, by those same Islamic terrorist organizations, by those Hamas murderous terrorists, who sought to stop the peace process and the agreements signed between the PLO and Israel. In this way, the terrorist organizations acted just as they did today, in clear contrast to the interests of the Palestinian people and their desire to be free.

The damage to the Oslo Accords, caused by failed leadership on both sides and the more extreme and violent terror in the following years, created a breakdown in the Israeli left-wing camp and even its demise. On the other hand, the right became more radical and more influential in determining policy regarding the Palestinian issue. This space was entered, on both sides, by more extremist and fanatic religious elements that set the tone for the reality we are witnessing today.

The Self-Degeneration of the Left Circles in Israel and the World

In the past, I wrote about how taking a stand is a spiritual act of the highest order. What  I meant is that people who see themselves as a conscious, social, and spiritual elite must take a stand and not sit on the fence or remain silent when events contradict the values they purport to represent.

A clear and impartial position becomes possible when a person can visualize complex thinking. Thinking that recognizes that reality is layered and not unequivocal or absolute. From this perspective, a person maintains a resilient consciousness – which can filter information and navigate self-consciousness through the mix of information, fake news, fictional realities distributed on social networks, and consciousness engineering.

Complex thinking is characterized by distinguishing between “good” and “bad” and marking them based on an internal clarification, according to an unbiased moral compass. In this way, the person does not follow PC culture and identity politics, which direct him to take a position towards what is considered “right”, “correct,” and popular at any given moment or among the group or political stream with which he is identified.

It is shocking to see that the cruel, brutal, and chilling massacre that took place in the south of Israel by Hamas, which is a fundamentalist, religious terrorist organization, did not lead to the taking of a moral, unequivocal, sweeping and unambiguous stand among left-wing circles around the world.

At best, these left-wing circles remained silent or “neutral” and, at worst, continued to support Hamas and its activities as part of their agenda of supporting organizations that purportedly call for the liberation of Palestine.

It was charged with an even sadder meaning because the distinct left, which remained in Israel, has continued for years, even as an unpopular minority, to take action against the occupation in the rebuke of the extreme right and in the support of human rights. The left has done so within an Israeli society subjected to the brainwashing of an extreme and corrupt government, which adopts the practice of divide and conquer and creates delegitimization and dehumanization of everything representing a leftist approach.

In the face of the massacre in Gaza, the launching of missiles into Israel, and the desire of Hamas to destroy it – the global left failed to notice the same nationalist religious extremism, which it has been steadily fighting against for years, when it was expressed by those the left swore to protect as a minority.

Another chilling fact that touches me deeply is the fact that among the abducted and killed Israelis, there are people who represent an inspiring elite: A peace and human rights activist who engaged in humanitarian assistance to the people in Gaza; a peace activist within Israel; an entrepreneur who was involved in innovative work for food security in third-world countries; members of the kibbutz movement who represent peace-seeking communities of cooperation; and young people who were slaughtered at the nature party and who were part of a global tribe of peace-loving people who share unity and universal love.

The big transition is already here – an era of technology that needs to be prepared for

I write from different angles about the great transition period we are in the midst of. A period that defines the future of humanity and will determine whether we prevail or cease to exist.

In the seminar “The Future is Already Here”, I spoke about the fact that the fundamental dangers posed by the technological acceleration in which we find ourselves are not the technology per se, but rather the human culture that has failed to adapt itself to this technology and to develop and implement a set of values that corresponds to the advanced technological ability, and also restricts its use.

The post-truth era, in which we are unfortunately in, is about much more than “fake news.” It is an era in which humanity fails to navigate and lead itself because it uses technological tools for creating and shaping worlds and places them in the hands of people who do not have the appropriate consciousness and the set of values corresponding to the fifth dimension.

The fifth dimension lies beyond the three-dimensional physical world and beyond the fourth dimension, represented by linear time, in which processes develop in gradual moderation. It is a digital-virtual-holographic fifth dimension in which “thought creates reality” for better or worse.

This dimension exists in the expanses of the Internet, the world of social networks, and the cyber-world. It is a dimension in which connectivity and immediacy prevail so that information is quickly and exponentially distributed and spread like wildfire through a network of connections. The transmitted information shapes reality according to the state of consciousness of the one who presses the button or the computer keyboard, activates the sequence, and turns thoughts and ideas into a viable reality in a sequence that can lead to heaven or hell.

From my point of view, the 21st century is already here, and with it, the fifth dimension—and we are not prepared for it.

In the era in which we live, what determines the ability to influence many people is the ability to tell an attractive story, which is not necessarily accurate or faithful to reality. Those who know how to tell the story better will “conquer reality” and receive a broader digital “market share” and a foothold in public opinion, even if the narrative they present is far from the facts.

Thereby, the factual truth loses its importance, and the one who determines what is truth, what is a lie, and what is more or less accurate is the one who knows how to form the narrative in a convincing, juicy, and bold manner.

Whoever possesses the power to shape and create realities is the one who knows how to make use of the human psyche and the cognitive and emotional biases that are built into it, and thus shape a reality that swallows into it vast public followers — up to the point of denial of the truth and the following of whole communities after delusional worlds — while supporting and encouraging trends that are destructive to the entire world and the future of humanity.

Regulation in the service of transformation

Due to the blindness of consciousness, loss of moral direction and values, and alienation between the various streams of the human family and between them and planet Earth, a potent mechanism of destruction that we as a civilization have created leads humanity down a path of self-destruction.

This powerfully illustrates how much a human elite is needed: An elite that maintains mental and spiritual resilience, knows the new rules of the game and the necessary values and works clearly and persistently to give people the tools to identify cause-and-effect, and the respective consequences.

In addition, regulatory processes are required to create a moral and constitutional infrastructure for coping with the challenges of the 21st century and the opportunities inherent in it.  They are required mainly to compartmentalize access to advanced technologies so that people who do not have the appropriate moral and mental basis will not be able to use them to spread destructive ideas and create imaginary worlds – worlds that cloud the reality perception of the general and unskilled public, which then finds it difficult to identify what is actual reality and what is fake and fictional reality.

The reality has changed quickly before our eyes, and today, in the digital age, much of the control of the creation and dissemination of information is in the hands of corporations, for whom the welfare of the public and the service of the truth is not necessarily a priority. These are institutions whose entire purpose is to maximize profits, and they fight for the resources of attention, human opinion, consumption, and ratings.

In doing so, the information they disseminate or provide a stage to is not subject to any control, verification, data review, or principles of ethics. The information transmitted is often distorted, polarized, inciteful, and harmful, tending toward speculations with no basis behind them, and attracting the masses.

To illustrate how serious this is, imagine a real-life situation in which there is no regulation of the drainage of sewage and wastewater nor supervision of industrial enterprises that can pollute the air, soil, and rivers as they wish. Would our water remain drinkable in such an unsupervised reality, or would the water sources gradually become polluted? Would our air remain breathable, or would we gradually breathe in more and more soot and hazardous materials? Unfortunately, we already know the answer to this.

But what happens when there is no regulation of the “pipelines” that pour information toward us, feed us with information, and mediate reality for us? What happens when these pipes gradually become polluted, distorted, and partial, and when deceptive information begins to be fed through them? In the absence of regulation, what protects the human mind from contamination?

If regulatory supervision of the various media is proposed, too many people, both from the enlightened left and from the extreme right, will claim that such supervision violates freedom of expression and freedom of information privacy.

In my opinion, the solution to this dilemma must be holistic and long-term and requires new thinking that examines from the ground up what made the media what it is today-  the economic system and the dependence on economic interests, which are not necessarily compatible with public interests.

In addition, it is necessary to educate the general public on how to conduct itself in the New World, while providing tools for reality checks and the assessment of reality and oneself. It is necessary to educate the public and equip it with cognitive and moral tools that will enable it to conduct itself within the new reality in a balanced manner.

In addition, a free and independent press is required, which does not depend on economic motives or other interests but on clear ethical obligations to serve the truth and the public. To do so, the public must recognize the importance of a free, clean, and unbiased press and support it.

Another aspect is the regulation of the social networks and media platforms themselves and the ability to establish clear criteria for their ability to act out of responsibility to the public and the community in which they exist in a manner that supports emotional and mental well-being. This regulation must clarify oversight mechanisms and corporate accountability for spreading false information,  violence and racism on social media. It should also hold companies accountable for the current bias towards polarization that creates a negative echo chamber.

Terrorism in the Post-Truth Era | Louharya

An example of the profound distortion that occurs on social networks and the information flowing through them can be seen in a message received by a friend of mine from her friend in Miami. He contacted her to reassure her that there were no Israelis killed or abducted and that all this is a conspiracy and “fake news” designed to justify “ethnic cleansing” in Gaza.

Try to convince such a person that you know the dead, the abducted, and their families who are in grief and terror. Try to explain to the so-called “enlightened” leftists that Hamas monsters handcuffed young children and shot them in the head; murdered teenagers who danced at a nature party and threw them into mass graves; beheaded women and children and burned them; dismembered a pregnant woman’s abdomen while she was still alive and then shot her and her fetus.

Is this what the left-wing supports? Is this indeed a war for freedom and liberation, or the unloading of burdens and the sowing of terror to eliminate the existence of a state intended to give refuge to persecuted people who suffered from pogroms, torture, inquisitions, deportation, and the Holocaust? Is this support for and this siding with murderous terrorism the “enlightenment ” of the left that purports to represent universal and progressive values?

Because of how complex reality is, we need to dig deeper, clarify, cross-check, and filter information. We must also put facts ahead of false dichotomous stories that make people take a populist stance out of mental and emotional laziness.

Standing by Israel does not contradict the need to fight Netanyahu’s government and the extreme right in Israel.

Steadfastness against the terror of Hamas does not contradict the need to help the suffering Palestinian people under their failed leadership.

The protest demonstrations in Israel, which lasted 40 weeks until the outbreak of the war, were a perfect example of the many parts of Israeli society that took a stand, fought tirelessly, with tremendous spiritual and mental strength for democracy, freedom, the rights of women and LGBTQ people, the separation of religion and state, for integrity and the removal of a corrupt, failed, selfish, egocentric, lying and dangerous prime minister.

These demonstrations inspired other European countries, where democracy is retreating under the auspices of the same populism and human ignorance, allowing the engineering of consciousness, and the manipulation of public opinion. These protests for democracy are the “beautiful Israeli-ness” that deserves overwhelming global support because it represents democratic values and is ready to take a stand to fulfil them with perseverance and determination against a greased system of corrupt politicians.

At the same time, is there an ugly, extremist, violent, and dark nationalist Israeli-ness? Sure, there is. The protest movement opposes it.

At the same time, is there also an ugly, extreme, nationalistic, violent, and dark “Palestine-ness”? Sure, there is. It is imperative to oppose it as well.

The above is the meaning of a complex reality.

It is also the meaning of the ability to apply complex thinking.

The automatic choice to support a particular side not according to conduct and actions but according to identity with a political stance or political correctness often leads to standing on the wrong side of shaping history.

When people who are unprepared and have a lower consciousness and limited thinking capacity look for the false representations that catalog an absolute and fixed reality in which there is  “good” and “bad,” they become easy to manipulate. They are swallowed up in the fake worlds that issue false representations.

These people lack the education to acquire the essential tools needed to cope with the reality that the 21st century and the fifth dimension bring.  In this way, they are swallowed up in a distorted reality, and gradually, without realizing it, they lose their freedom of choice and become manipulated and controlled by the rulers and shapers of the various realities.

Consequently, a retreat from the world of free choice occurs, where people are unaware that they are not free, but rather manipulated and controlled, even if they are allegedly enlightened, liberal, and freedom-loving.

The future of humanity: “to be or not to be”

The future of humanity is not found in radical Islam that oppresses people, women, and LGBTQ people and tramples on democratic values.

The future of humanity is not found in radical messianic ultra-nationalist Judaism, which also tramples on democratic values and oppresses those same populations.

The future of humanity is not found in conservative Christianity, which denies a woman’s right to her body through legislation that prevents abortions and the forced continuation of unwanted pregnancies.

The future of humanity does not lie in corrupt rulers who serve populism and exploit the world’s resources and human resources.

All these will eventually destroy humanity in a way that will not allow it to exist.

The future of humanity lies in democratic and universal values. Values that represent human and moral resilience, and provide clear criteria that enable examination of reality, and make sure that we give our power to those who represent such values regardless of identity.

The future of humanity lies in the ability to conduct conscious and intelligent interactions with the technologies that develop in giant steps while formulating a clear set of values that can lead us safely into the 21st century.

The future of humanity lies in the transition from alienation to connection, with simple empathy between people and the ability to honestly observe choices, results, and consequences, and to take responsibility for our future, recognizing that all of us are from the same source, part of a great network of living connections  – the human family.

Recently I shared insights regarding emotional resilience and the ability to examine reality. I emphasized the importance of being able to distinguish between good and evil, or between pure intention and malicious intent, to navigate personal choice in a world full of information, some of which is true, and some intended to control our consciousness and exploit our power.

In this article, I want to explain the connection between “knowing good and evil” and an axiom I teach which says that from a higher perspective or from a cosmic point of view that is devoid of judgment – “there is no good nor bad, there is only development and learning.”

To begin, it’s important to understand that the principle “there is no good nor bad, there is only development and learning”  is meant to free the person from identifying with a momentary human experience and help processes of transformation by helping the psyche rise above trauma or difficulty. This is through understanding that in a world of free choice, “all is foreseen (and now also revealed and floating on the surface) and permission is granted.”

That is, when a soul decides to incarnate on earth, it comes here to undergo a predefined development process. Our actions and choices here, on earth, as humans, flesh and blood, determine whether this development takes place in one way or another, while from the point of view of the soul’s planning – all paths are worthy and what humans choose to create is what will be.

This is a perspective that sees everything as an opportunity for development and learning, allowing observation of reality and oneself in a clear and even-minded way, without getting out of balance or being carried away by polarized emotions and thoughts, which can lead to agitation and losing one’s way.

The principle points to the question – what do we choose to do with negative events or negative traits, and how do we use the free choice given to us – which I see as a privilege that carries with it great responsibility.

I assume you’ve all heard many stories of people for whom a negative life event became a formative one because they leveraged it for growth and awakening.

I’ll tell you a story that serves as a powerful example:

The story of Tina: A call for civil courage

I met Tina in Berlin. Tina is the founder of the amazing space where I gave a lecture on my previous visit to the city.

Tina’s brother, Johnny, was murdered at age 20 in Alexanderplatz in Berlin when he tried to separate two people who were fighting. They smashed his head on the sidewalk until he lost consciousness and died the next day in the hospital from brain hemorrhages.

During this horrific event, about 40 people passed by and ignored what was happening.

It is beyond any doubt that this event reflects violence, cruelty, and evil, and goes against the cosmic values I often write about.

In other words, it’s an event reflecting the negative, ugly, evil, and extreme side of human nature.

But Tina chose to take this terrible, painful event and turn it into an educational, positive, beautiful project carried out across Berlin and Germany called “Calling Out for Civil Courage” – whose purpose is to educate people about social involvement and universal values. Tina also promotes this issue on social media and has become an influencer among young people, by spreading values of good spirit and ethical humanity.

I bring up this example because it reflects the choice to observe events or situations, whether negative or positive, bad or good, with a clear distinction of what action we take towards them.

As a result of a painful, negative, traumatic event, Tina chose to grow and revealed within herself strength, leadership, and power to influence and change. Tina chose to take an active part in shaping the reality she wanted to realize and created an educational program whose purpose is to minimize and prevent events similar to those that led to her brother Johnny’s murder.

Was Johnny’s brutal and cruel death bad? Of course.

From a broad perspective, did it lead to growth and positive social change thanks to Tina’s choice? indeed.

So is he good? or bad?

Through the principle “there is no good nor bad, there is only development and learning”, I teach complex thinking that includes observing from two perspectives – the human alongside the cosmic.

The perspective that combines the human viewpoint with the cosmic one provides the understanding that sometimes things are not as they seem – so that events or situations that seem negative when they occur and indeed were bad, painful, and difficult at that time – look different from a broad perspective and in hindsight.

Observing negative events from a broad perspective allows seeing them as a gateway that enables a choice to turn the negative event into a point of support, a driving and igniting force that helped lead to positive, beneficial development and even an entirely new path in life.

The world of Earth as a realm of development and a playing field

Another question I want to address in this article, echoing undoubtedly in many of you dear readers, is how can I be saddened by people expressing evil and malicious intent, if I teach that when souls incarnate on earth, they gather various qualities with great joy, including negative ones, as part of human role-playing here on earth?

The answer is that from the higher perspective – the world of earth is a realm of development, providing a wide spectrum of possibilities to choose from, through which one can learn and develop in positive or negative ways.

Both types of development – positive and negative – are possible and included within the boundaries of our playing field here on earth, allowing a process of self-discovery through an expression of good and evil and everything in between.

Along with the neutral, high, abstract, and “passive” point of view of the soul, we reside as human beings within this physical world which is an “active” world – a world where in order to influence and change we must take action and a stand.

To do so, we need to maintain a clear and unambiguous view of reality and choose consciously between the “good” – the desirable, positive, loyal to values and the light’s direction and intention, and the “bad” or “evil” – the undesirable, negative, contradicting the light’s values.

So does “there is no good nor bad, there is only development and learning” mean sitting complacently on the fence when injustices occur around us, waiting for someone else to take a stand on our behalf, and for the broad picture to become clear over time? Certainly not!

I’ve often said that one can observe history in retrospect, while being passive in the present time, as spectators on the sidelines, or one can actively take part in writing history through involvement and conscious, mindful use of free choice.

When I see misuse of free choice, I am sad, because it is a waste of the ability to choose, using this ability in an unworthy way that harms, damages, and weakens both the individual and the community, rather than nurturing, contributing, strengthening, developing and empowering.

The sadness stems from the waste of the soul’s resources and the divine power inherent in each person when channeling this power is done in a way that distances us from universal values reflecting our pure, true nature.

The Ultranationalist-Religious-Messianic Paradox

Another important emphasis I want to bring to you is that over long periods, Earth has been subject to systems of bias and influence that began creating major distortions, both in human consciousness and in the human psyche, distancing humanity from the original intention underlying life on Earth.

These distortions created human behavior that is utterly opposed to our cosmic nature: cruelty, sadism, exploitation, objectification, exclusion, hatred, appropriation, manipulation, and malice. All these and more, represent the radicalization of what is categorized as “evil”, and the diversion of the negative pole in the human psyche to extremes that exist outside the rules of the game of this world.

In other words, there are currently those participating in the game of life on Earth while violating its rules.

This is a paradoxical situation, in which cosmic entities turn against their very essence and cosmic and universal values.

This is very prominent in the ultranationalist religious messianic movement in Israel that pretends to represent a divine decree but in reality distances itself further and further from the values of light and from its own humanity.

A frightening example of this is the pogrom in the Arab village of Huwara, carried out by settlers who attacked and beat innocent people, burned cars, and confined helpless people inside their burning homes.

The perpetrators of the pogrom operate, according to their claims and perception, in the name of a divine right and pretend to represent morality. This is the delusion I talk about and the paradox in which those who claim to represent a divine commandment have lost their human image and represent extreme evil.

To all those claiming to act in God’s name, I say that God is not present in places of violence, cruelty, hatred, and terror. He veils his face in sadness, observing how meanings are perverted so that those acting in His name represent the very opposite of his essence.

I wrote about this in the article “You Shall Love Your Neighbor as Yourself But What If They Are Not Jewish” – a society that abandons values defining its human identity is undermining and nullifying the very foundations of its existence and condemning itself to moral and ethical decay leading to oblivion.

I cannot shake the description I read from one of the residents of Huwara, describing how the settlers beat to death the dogs in front of his children eye’s, before turning to attack them as well.

Try to imagine raiders entering your yard, killing your dog in front of your children who hear the dogs’ screams as they are beaten to death, and then beating you and setting your house on fire, while they stand guard at the door so you cannot escape. How would you feel? Does this remind you of other pogroms? This description is real and taken from accounts of the pogrom as received by journalists who visited the site and soldiers who arrived after the Huwara pogrom.

If such an event were to occur in Israel – spirits would rage. But there, in that twilight zone, in that hell – almost no voice is heard, and few acknowledge the atrocities and seek responsibility and true change.

This is evil.

This is negative.

And it must be denounced.

A people that does not learn from its past and implement it in the present has no future.

Regretfully, when the lesson is not learned and the conclusions not implemented for growth and expansion of consciousness and awareness, history repeats itself over and over, changing roles where the victim becomes the perpetrator and the perpetrator becomes the victim, in a closed circle of self-destruction, ruin, and suffering.

Knowing Good and evil is the key to enlightenment

The learning I describe contains the ability to take the lessons of the past and use them to develop the ability to distinguish between good and evil and solidify a clear, pure, and unambiguous set of values that acts as a compass and provides a stable foundation for the future.

For a nation, such a set of values is formulated through a constitution, representing a social contract binding all parts of society. This contract aims to express society’s enlightened, beautiful, good, and illuminated side while establishing clear, non-ambiguous safeguards so the bad, distorted, and negative do not seep in quietly and take hold of the delicate social fabric.

The ability to distinguish between good and evil and know how to choose between them consciously is what allows us to make conscious use of our free choice and channel our power towards positive qualities that support the self, society, and community. Thus, changing, influencing, and shifting reality towards what we want to realize and create.

The ability to distinguish between good and evil allows us to denounce what we want to eradicate and remove from our reality, directing our full attention and power to what we want to empower and enhance in our lives.

Knowing good and evil knowledge is the key to enlightenment that frees one from illusion and mental veiling, towards awake, active awareness that allows conscious, value-based free choice compatible with our cosmic divine nature.

And when this divine enlightenment is present within us, boundaries dissolve, identities are nullified and the universal truth emerges in power and declares: we all come from the same source, part of the same universal oneness, connected to each other, influencing each other and journeying here on earth in a process of self-discovery, whose purpose is harmony between our divine part and our human part, until our divine nature is embodied in who we are, actualizing heaven on earth.

When we create change and transition in life, we are moving through a process that is forming as we go and leads from one state to another.

Some create the process of change consciously, being aware that they are moving from one stage to another in the path of life, and thus they move step by step out of wakefulness and attentiveness.

Some drift to the next stage, without control or awareness, and find themselves one clear day in a place they do not understand how they got there.

Some recognize that life pushes them to create change and in response cling with all their might to the existing situation, out of great fear of moving into the unknown.

━━━

Within a change, a process occurs. This is a process in which things that do not correspond to the new phase fade away or are left behind, and things that correspond to the next phase continue with us.

However, the natural human tendency is to shy away from change, because, in popular perception, change means endings, separations, parting, and walking into the unknown.

It raises uncertainty. It’s scary and threatening.

Along with the concerns and fears, for many people the experience of ending and parting, which is created as a result of the movement from an existing situation to a new stage, evokes feelings of sadness and emotional pain.

These feelings are very natural. This is because what connects us to situations, places, and people and binds us to them, are our emotions, which are responsible for creating the psychic tissue of connection between us and the world.

The emotions that bind us to the outside world and relationships are both positive and negative.

Along with loving relationships that come to an end, such as when parting from a loved one, or a joint decision to end a relationship that has reached exhaustion and is moving in a closed circle, we also often hear about relationships loaded with negative baggage and negative emotions that last for years, just because of fear of leaving and attachment to the dynamic of pain, conflict, and fear.

Both positive and negative emotions can prevent us from making a change because they bind us to an existing situation. This is because these feelings are fed by belief systems and a worldview in which a person perceives themselves as weak, incapable, or threatened by the outside world, and does not dare to dream or believe that beyond the existing situation there are other possibilities.

━━━

Because of the emotional pain and the fear of the unknown, some hold on to the existing situation, even when it is clear that it has finished its role and drag out the end of something that has long been irrelevant.

Some take extreme and drastic measures to gain courage and strength. This leads to a sharp, rapid, and unbalanced change.

━━━

So how do you cope? First some insights

  1. When you are in the process of change, be patient with yourself and remember that a balanced change is not extreme or drastic but happens gradually.
  2. Remember that one step and another creates a path and that it is a gradual process in which you shift more and more weight from an existing situation to a new and desired one. In the process of change, one thing gradually fades away and something new intensifies. I call it: a harmonious transition from step to step.
  3. The essence of change is a movement of internal renewal, which affects the external reality. In other words, the beginning of the change is not with big outward declarations, but rather with the readiness to intimately declare to yourself internal declarations, which have sincerity and a clear expression of intention as to what you would like to realize and fulfill in your life. Try to see it as an inner space that exists within your psyche, where you dare to dream, enrich yourself, and manifest a change within yourself. From this inner space, the change will begin to flow outwards, into everyday reality, and will gradually materialize until fulfillment.
  4. You will find that the readiness to face yourself for a moment, openly and honestly, to shed systems of denial and concealment, and to acknowledge that the time has come to move to a new stage and bring about change, already feels as if the change happened and took place outside of you. From there, the way is paved to begin and realize the insights and movements that took place within your mind, in the reality outside of you.
  5. And one last thing… sometimes a change will encourage you to make a leap of faith, leading to a breakthrough in your life. In other words, you will be required to recognize when the gradual and moderate processes have reached a maturity that calls you to dare and release your grip on the existing situation, in order to allow something new to enter your life. When you have reached this stage, you will have to create a leap of faith, in which you move the other leg to a new situation, give up hesitation and fear in favor of faith in yourself and life, and encourage your psyche to be curious and creative and start moving in a new and unknown space, in a renewed process of self-discovery.

━━━

After the cognitive insights, here are some recommendations on how to create a balanced change:

Focus your attention on what you seek to strengthen in your life and allow it to grow.

Have an honest conversation with yourself, void of systems of concealment and denial, and define for yourself, without reservations and fear, what you want to express in the new phase.

Don’t hold on to what you are afraid of losing or ending, because what doesn’t match the new phase will naturally fade away, and what fits and supports the change you create will carry on with you.

Start supporting the change with small steps and remember that one step after another creates a path that accumulates into change.

Remember that a harmonious change is a change without drama or extremes. It is a gradual change that has a smooth and natural transition, where one thing fades and dissipates, and another intensifies and strengthens.

Be on the move and proactive. Don’t slow down and stop the change. Encourage yourself to be curious, creative, and open to the opportunities that come your way.

Remember that nothing ends, it only changes form, and in doing so, allow yourself to shift your attention from the fear of losing and parting, to the joy of discovery, curiosity, and creativity.

Be attentive to yourself and the path. K now how to recognize when everything is inviting you to take a leap of faith that can quickly lead you to a new place and new possibilities, just waiting to be fulfilled.

Agree on a basic premise that says: when you are attentive to your pure will and your heart’s desire that leads you to create change – you embrace a process of growth that empowers you and your environment

In this way, you will be able to dispel the fear and apprehension of the future and release your grip on what has ended, in favor of renewal.

━━━

To summarize – Choose an issue in your life that you want to focus on creating change in, and ask yourself:

What is my desire regarding this issue?

What are my thoughts on this issue?

What are my feelings toward this issue?

Now, make an inner declaration with honesty and courage – what is the change you want to create and how do you want the new phase of your life to look like?

Ask yourself: What actions do I need to take to realize development and movement concerning the issue I have chosen?

Now, define for yourself a continuous period in which you agree to persist in holding thoughts, feelings, and actions that support the issue you wish to develop in your life to bring about change.

I would love to read your comments about what touched you in this article and what thoughts you had.

Yours with love

Introduction – Fulfilling Your Potential

This week, I received a message from a student asking me a question about certain topics, which I’ve decided to write to you about.

I’ll start by presenting the message to you because it struck a chord with me and poses a very important question, whose resolution could benefit many.

“Dear Louharya,

I’ve listened to one of your meditated frequency  activations, “Empowering Positivity and Hope.”

Wow! It is so intense.

I emerged from the other side like an eager sprout seeking to develop and fulfill its full potential. This experience was a peak moment for me and made me very happy.

I’ve begun growing curious about you: I remember you talked in the past about the redundant attention that people give their lacking self, which is constantly corresponding with their sense of self-worth: ‘Will they love who or what am I, or not?’

I wanted to ask you how you’ve trained your psyche to be present in this world, even in the face of opposition to whom and what you are expressing?

I will add that every time I write you a question, the answer is already coming.”

When I read the question, I smiled to myself because a day earlier, I’ve sat with the leading teams I work with and discussed with them those exact issues, and more specifically, about the ability to be fully present as much as you can.

How can you focus your attention on what’s important?
How do you fulfill your personal potential, without diverting resources to the need to receive feedback and reassurance that you are loved and good?
How can you avoid wasting energy on self-positioning and endlessly trying to please others’ expectations?
How can you stay in a simple, radiant, and laid-back presence that is powerful, and allows you to express yourselves in the best way?
How to set achievements and create development without drowning in the whirlpool of competing to put yourself first, struggling over resources, and always trying to prove yourself, chasing after status, a sense of worth or belonging?
How can you focus on the important things, express creativity and productiveness, manage yourselves with joy and well-being and just enjoy the ride?

Well, it starts with changing your mindset to the realization of who we really are…

━━━

Who We Really Are? The Puppet and the True Self.

The ability to be fully present and focus on the important things relies on changing the self’s perspective.

Changing the perspective allows you to distinguish between what is important and what isn’t and to identify who is the true self and who is the tool that is destined to support your true self.

So, let’s begin with a moment of consciousness: who is the human self?

The corporeal self of us all is just a tool whose purpose is to serve us in what we came to do here. The body, mind, feelings, thoughts, desires, passions, talents, dreams, senses – all these and more, are tools meant to serve something much wider, which is our abstract self – the soul.

The soul is an intelligent transcendental being, which is abstract and bodyless.

In order to express itself in the physical world, the soul needs an expression tool so it creates the human self in the process of imaging.

What is imaging?
The term comes from the optic world, and it describes the transfer of information from an abstract form (light) to a visual form, just like a camera does (by the way, there’s an optical imaging sensor in every camera that knows how to translate light into an image. The same goes to the human eye).

Meaning, the entire world we live in, including the body and mind, is actually a kind of hologram in which we live, experience, develop, and grow.

The thing is that it’s possible to be inside a hologram and know we’re inside a hologram, and it’s also possible to live inside the hologram and completely forget that our true selves exist outside the hologram.

The soul is out of this world. By using the imaging process, the soul is creating a projection of information that’ creates here on earth, the entire genetic sequence of who we are – and gives us an image: a body form of flesh and blood and a visual, and unique physical representation, which is our human self.

All we know as our “self” is actually an “imaging”, “a holographic projection” of our abstract self (the soul) into a body and mind that are meant to allow us to manifest here, in the physical world.

This is the “puppet” that we operate, experience, and express ourselves through it. Without us, it does not exist.

The “puppet” is not really important since it’s only a means to an end. Yet, at the same time, it is very important since it determines the quality of our performance on earth (which means that we need to understand it well and know how to operate it).

This is a shift in perspective that dissipates a glass ceiling most people have, regarding who they are, what they’re doing in this world, and even what is the purpose of their personal existence.

After we’ve created this observation, you’ll need to adopt a simple premise that might confuse your mind, but it is a result of the ’distinction between your abstract selves to the body and mind.

The premise says that: I am not important and at the same time, I am the most important. 😊

This premise holds an understanding that the body and mind are just a tool that allows a person to be embodied and express themselves in the physical world.

The tool is just a tool, which is why it is not of main importance, it’s not the center, and it’s not the most important. Yet, simultaneously, it is a means that heavily affects the way we manage ourselves, fulfill ourselves, and express ourselves daily and in our course of life. This is why it is simultaneously really important and it is required to develop it and learn how to operate it in the best way.

The ability to understand this complexity creates a very simple life that is free of internal struggles since it allows you to remember that the psyche and body, which often create challenges and difficulties, are merely tools whereas your self is a lot more than the body and mind.

The true self is an abstract, intelligent, transcendent, and eternal inner space, full of grace, power, love, and a broad spectrum that is always available to you because this self with all its attributes – is who you really are.

The distinction between the true self and the tool simplifies the distinction between the important things and the unimportant issues, since it provides daily challenges with the context in which they exist and reminds us all the time why we do what we do and what is the purpose of our existence.

This changes the way we do things and gives them a different meaning than the common ones because when you understand who you really are, this has an applicable meaning that influences the entire way you manage yourselves and your lives.

Just to clarify, I’ll give you a few examples that will help you understand the applicable meaning of this understanding.

There is a difference between going to the gym to sculpt the body to perfection because only then will people like you and you’ll feel valued and fit the cultural norms that dictate a beauty standard, and between going to the gym because you want to keep your body strong, flexible and healthy for the long term, so it will serve yourself and help you realize yourself, by backing you up with vitality, strength, and health.

Or, there is a difference between reaching excellency in something just to prove to someone you’re good or worthy, or winning a competition and then feeling valued since you’ve beaten someone else, to reaching excellency in something because you want to improve your skills, enlighten yourselves and express yourselves in a certain field that gives you happiness, satisfaction, a sense of interest and value providing you with a sense of inner fullness because of the development you’ve accomplished that’s not related to anyone else on the outside.

Or, there is a difference between gaining an understanding of your psyche, developing your awareness and consciousness, acquiring tools for mental well-being, and managing your thoughts, feelings, desires, and actions out of a desire to orchestrate the psyche into a vessel of expression for your realization, and taking care of your psyche out of distress, difficulty, and a desire to get rid of the uncomfortable feeling without understanding the reasons, and without learning how to change it or affect the psyche and manage it with awareness and strength.

There are a lot more examples, but let’s go back to the idea of who is the self and how we define who we are.

━━━

The Absolute Self, Being Swallowed Inside the Puppet

Most people are completely identified with their human self, in a way that doesn’t allow them to look at themselves from the outside, from a higher perspective, and realize that they are essentially operating a “puppet” and projecting their inner world on the reality that’s outside.

Many don’t realize that they are the ones who can influence the way they experience themselves, the world, their relationships, and their self-fulfillment.

As a result, most people’s attention  is constantly directed towards the outside, in an effort to receive from the outside sense of fullness and satisfaction, approvals and reassurance that they are valued, loved, equal, belong, and more.

Furthermore, most identify with their humanity as an absolute self that defines them and do not know how to distinguish between the refined self that’s connected to the soul, which is outside the hologram, and between the “puppet” – the body and psyche that are a vessel of expression of the soul.

The complete identification with the body, the psyche, and the human image as such that define an absolute self leads to constant preoccupation in an attempt to get external feedback that will validate the self-worth according to the prevailing norms. This leads to a vicious circle of focusing on and dealing with tasteless things in order to satisfy the human self.

Am I beautiful? Am I smart? Am I delivering the goods and meeting the expectations of others? Am I successful? Am I important to others? Am I valuable and meaningful to others?

The premise that makes a clear distinction between the transcendental and abstract self to the “puppet” – the body and mind, puts everything into new proportions that allow limiting the ego that tends to serve the “puppet”. Meaning to try to create fullness from the outside instead of opening the inner treasure chest and connecting to the refined self.

The ego serves the “puppet” while in fact, its true purpose is to connect the abstract and transcendental self to the body and mind, and allow them to work as an integrative ensemble in service of the optimal self-realization.

Usually, the ego evokes in a person a conception of deficiency and inner emptiness that stem from disconnection from the meaning of the personal existence and from the acknowledgment of the ability to create fulfillment, influence, and realization from within. This leads to a constant attempt to receive fulfillment from the outside, prove that they are worthy and valuable, want to please others in order to receive love and recognition from them, engage in self-flagellation in order to push for success and achievements, be judgmental, and many times wanting to be someone else who fits the accepted social norms of beauty, value, and status, which all come from the outside.

We are much more than our bodies and mind. We are much more than what we conceive with our senses.

Within the body and mind exists a pure self that is a wise and eternal being that uses its physical form to express itself. This abstract form asks to shape reality and influence it using the body, psyche, senses, desires, thoughts, feelings, and actions.

This being that is described is who you are, and you’re very important, beautiful, and unique.

So, if we’re really important, it’s important to treat the body and mind with the same level of importance since it is our fulfillment and expression tool. It’s not good nor is it bad, it’s not beautiful or ugly, it’s not worthy or unworthy, belonging or not, valuable or worthless – it is just a tool that we can improve and design according to our inner strength and through learning to listen to who we really are and to what we really want, and by developing an ability to identify the voice of our authentic and unique self.

If the body and mind are a tool, then they are not the main thing, and they don’t define self-worth, but they are means for the self, which require our ’attention in order to turn it into a proficient tool that supports self-expression.

This changes the attitude towards the body, liberating them from the need to conform to outside norms and instead listen to the inner distinctive voice.

It inspires us to commit to turning this tool of the body and mind into the best tool that supports expression and self-fulfillment and prevents situations where the puppet rises against its creator.

━━━

The Beggar And The Treasure Chest

From my point of view, many people behave like beggars who are busy trying to get attention, love, and acknowledgment from others when, in reality, they have a treasure chest within them that they only need to acknowledge and then open.

The treasure chest is the abstract self – the transcendental, that’s beyond the body, mind, images, and norms that are accepted in our world.

This self is not interested in brands, beauty treatments, medals, acknowledgment, wins, or failures – it holds self-worthiness that’s not dependent on external approval or fulfillment. This is a pure, stable self-value that knows who it is and can always grow, develop and expand beyond its known boundaries.

This self knows that the body, mind, human skills, and physical skills are all tools in its reach in order to fulfill its development, and therefore does not judge these tools or define itself through them, but only develops and nurtures them in order to establish more and more virtuosity, clarity and creativity in order to self-fulfill itself.

━━━

Inner Peace

The distinction between the abstract and transcendental self to the body and psyche as its expression tool, allows us to merge between the recognition that we are very important, eternal, and powerful to the recognition that we are not really important, transient, and corporeal.

This allows us to take everything in proportion yet at the same time, not to be light-headed, but to do the best we can do at any given time, and not to be afraid of failures, pain, or hurt. Instead, it allows us to dare, try, act with virtuosity, and mainly to free the ties of the need to feel valued or worthy because we know that we already are.

This recognition cancels out the sense of self-importance and allows us to simplify our attitude towards ourselves because it frees us from role-playing games that involve a constant struggle for resources in an attempt to prove that we are important.

This recognition frees us from the competition and the need to of showing the world we are good and valuable and allows us to ease into a laid-back space that is authentic.

It connects us to focus on what really matters and thus utilizes our resources wisely, in a manner that does not waste energy on the wrong things, in a futile effort to fight who we are or be someone else, but rather focuses us in constant aspiration to grow and develop, to strengthen and empower others, to give and receive.

The recognition that our pure, abstract, and transcendental self, is a lot more than the tool of our body and mind, allows us to begin, and focus on the main important thing which is the self-development here, on this earth, and encourages us to do so together, out of cooperation, inspiration, mutual fertilization, and solidarity.

This also evokes a lot of hope and gives us strength, because it allows us to treat the body and mind as a tool that is not absolute and final but is influenceable and can be shaped according to the will and heart’ desire of the self, and to do so out of an understanding that everything is part of one whole being that mediates between spirit and body, and connects a soul to a human.

By this, dealing with our body and mind turns into a proactive involvement that is focused on the major important things.

━━━

Focusing on the Main Thing

So, what’s really important?

Nourishing the psyche, training it, learning to understand its powers and how it works, and managing it wisely without identification or ambiguity.

Improving self-awareness, expanding the consciousness, and keeping it open and developing on a constant basis.

To train the body and keep it healthy and active, eat in a healthy and nourishing way, sleep well, dress nicely and in a way that expresses us in the most relaxed and creative way, listen to music that inspires us, invest in hobbies that enrich and empower us, go out to nature, take moments of relaxation and more.

Nurture healthy and strengthening relationships that create living bonds of love and affection, friendship and inspiration, mutual assistance and enrichment, shared growth, and development.

━━━

And on a Personal Note

If we go back to the question that started it all what gives me the strength to be fully present in this world and to continue doing what I’m doing with perseverance even if many times it means going against the norms and against what’s conventional?

Exactly everything that I have written to you here.

I refer to my human self as an imaging, physical imagery – a vessel into which I pour who I am, in order to express what I want to convey and manifest in my physical existence here on earth.

The psyche, the body, and the physicality are not the essence, they are my human image that is the means I am committed to nurturing and developing on a daily basis so that it will serve me in the best way.

The body and mind are means of expression that I cherish, respect, and appreciate. This is why I treat them impersonally, shaping them according to my desire to express myself, and allow my human self to feel, to love, to hurt, to be happy, to be sad, to stretch and contract, to expand and shrink, to soar and ground, to be close and to distance, to express and to keep quiet, to lead and be led – all in loyalty to my transcendental self and my vision.

I treat my body, mind, and humanity as a tool of expression that allows me to pour into the physical world ideas and thoughts, knowledge, tools, and actions that reflect what I believe in.

I refer to myself as a dynamic being, neither absolute nor permanent, residing here on earth with the recognition that what I give attention to and focus on intensifies and grows, and what’s really important is to use the body, the psyche, the desires, the thoughts, the emotions, and the actions as means by which I shape reality.

Thank you readers, listeners, thinkers, and responders who hold my hand, and assist me to turn these ideas into a path that can be walked on in order to fulfill the self in a harmonious and optimal manner.

The Five Senses – Our Interface with the World

We live in a physical world, which we experience through our senses.

Sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch provide us with various experiences, some pleasurable and pleasant, some of which leave us indifferent, while others provoke discomfort and sometimes even pain and suffering.

Our physical senses are the obvious and natural way for us to interact with everything that this world has to offer us as a continuous experience rich in stimuli.

We activate these sensors consciously (observing, tasting, smelling, touching, and listening) and unconsciously (because the senses are constantly working in the background, even if we do not want to). The senses awaken diverse emotions within us and activate us within the tangible reality of life.

The five senses function within a defined, confined, and specific space and can sample and recognize only what is physical and material and is outside of us: bodily sensations obtained from the contact of our body with the environment, sights obtained through our eyes that scan the world, sounds that our ears perceive from the space in which we are, flavors that our palate and tongue transmit to us from the interface with varied foods,  Smells that the nose transmits to us from the environment around us and with what we come into contact with; all of these provide us with a variety of sensory experiences that create our interface with the space in which we are – rejection and attraction.

The physical experience, which is significantly enhanced through the senses, is intended to develop us, enrich us, connect us to this world and each other, and allow us to experience the reality in which spirit is embodied in matter and soul merges into the body and flesh.

Thus, living in this physical world allows us to experience through our senses an experience that exists outside of us, in a wide and diverse world in which there are many manifestations of matter: opportunities and possibilities, alongside dangers and threats, from which we can choose what is pleasant and good for our existence and also for our senses, and also to reject and move away from what is unpleasant for us and does not support our security and well-being.

The senses give us an immediate report and indication of our relationship with the multitude of options available to us and trigger impulses and instincts.

The senses calm us down or put us on alert; they provide us with orientation and signal to us what an opportunity is and what is a threat; they attract us or keep us away from things, and they also season life and give it shape and color, sound, touch, and taste: tasty or not tasty,  soothing to the ears or jarring, pleasing to the eye and beautiful or disharmonious and ugly, pleasant to the touch or painful,  has a good smell or smells bad, harmonious or dis-harmonious…

A whole scale of tastes, sights, sounds, sensations, and smells that grant us experience and excitement and provides us with warning signs and signals of danger.

━━━

The development of the senses in the service of human evolution

As human culture evolved, so did more and more ways to use the senses consciously and even manipulate them to bring increased and extended pleasure: tastier, more beautiful, more smelly, more catchy, more stimulating, more and more and more…

As a result, the senses became associated with a wide and increased supply that is often also extreme and exaggerated (which only expanded throughout the development of human civilization) and began to lose their balance and calibration, and to indulge in information coming from the external environment and to demand more and more increased stimuli that give an experience of instant gratification and quick and easy pleasure.

The supply at our disposal has also become deceptive so that many of the possibilities we encounter in everyday life are produced tendentiously to seduce the senses, but they do not necessarily support us and our harmonious existence in body and mind. In today’s reality, not everything that is tasty – is healthy and nutritious, and not everything that feels pleasant – is indeed harmonious for us, and not everything that smells good –  supports our body and mind, and not everything that looks perfect and harmonious and beautiful to the eye – is really like that, etc…

Today we are very far from the days when the connection to nature and the processes that sustain life was intimate and close.

The old world was a very physical, analog world with a slow rhythm, locality, and a supply confined to the local city or village’s boundaries, creating a limited supply of possibilities and sensory stimulation for most people.

But throughout human history, as intelligence expanded and knowledge evolved, people sought the next stage and developed methods and technologies to improve sensory experience.

The invention of diverse cooking methods, as well as a variety of textures and ingredients, were intended to delight the senses (I read somewhere that sorbet and ice cream were the lot of the rich and that the Roman emperor would bring ice from the mountains in special boxes and keep them in underground warehouses). Caravans and ships transported spices and perfumes from distant and “exotic” lands, diverse musical instruments became more and more sophisticated, and Art and fashion have evolved and delighted the body and mind through the senses. All of these and many other evolutionary processes are blessed, since the senses were a force that motivated humanity to perfect, improve, develop skills in the matter, and pour ideas and inspiration into the different areas of life to make them more harmonious, pleasurable, and joyful.

━━━

The abstract senses

This process of harnessing the physical senses as an incentivizing force that motivates the person to process matter, improve it, and improve the quality of life can be balanced, promoting, developing, and harmonious – but this is as long as at the same time, there is a constant development of the consciousness, the inner world, inspiration, values and spirituality as well as the inner senses.

Yes, yes. Some senses exist in the person’s inner space and are abstract senses, which provide information that does not come from the outside but from the inner space of the person, that is, from the depths of consciousness.

These are senses that connect to inner knowledge and intuition that direct the person to identify what supports and empowers them and what weakens and destroys them.

It is an internal sensory that makes it possible to identify the energy of materials, people, and situations without touching or creating an interface with them.

It is the ability to smell energy fields and identify from the many possibilities and potentials available – what is harmonious and balanced and what is disharmonic and unbalanced.

It is a metaphysical visual ability that can recognize the particle and energetic texture of reality and, therefore, provides orientation in other dimensions besides the physical one.

But as human evolution evolved, the inner abstract senses weakened, and the physical senses occupied more and more space in human life.

━━━

The connection between the senses, the culture of well-being, law, and religion.

The more attention was transferred to the external physical senses and subsequently to the material and physical world, the connection to the abstract internal senses weakened, in a continuous and tendentious process that distanced people from the pleasure of spiritual growth and expansion of consciousness.

As a result, the connection to consciousness and metaphysical senses lost its appeal and also acquired a distorted meaning.

Many in modern society misinterpret spiritual or conscious growth and automatically associate it with the well-being culture and the wellness industry that follows it.

In other words, the connection to personal growth or meaning is made through increased focus on the body and mind and in a variety of ways to experience mental and physical well-being, thinking that the self is the body and mind, and disconnecting from other aspects of the self and from the consciousness that is in higher dimensions than the physical world.

I do not rule out the trend of wellness. I believe with all my heart that it is extremely important to nurture the body and take care of the mind so that it is possible for a person to experience well-being, comfort, and happiness. But this is only a part of the whole picture, which many mistakenly think that only it exists and therefore abandon the development of consciousness and internal senses that open a gate to an expanded perspective that changes the entire perception of self and the perception of reality.

The development of consciousness and the change of worldview leads to the recognition that the physical senses are only part of the picture and provide a partial picture of reality.

The development of consciousness, which also has a transformation of the mind, and psyche, allows one to limit the role of the external senses and manage them and the psyche.

It is a powerful process in which the person consciously chooses to make use of the senses in a manner that subjects them to the consciousness and meaning that they want to create in their life, and even defines for themselves values that create a framework for their conduct.

But when consciousness is limited, and the human psyche cannot create an independently bounding and guiding framework of values, it leads to the development of ways that impose limitations and reservations on the human senses and impulses, such as religions and law systems.

These systems, which act on the person from the outside, force the limitation of the senses and impulses they provoke and restrain the constant desire for pleasure through a consciousness of reward and punishment and instructions of to-do’s and don’ts.

The limitations, the restraining systems, and the reservations force the heaven-fearing or law-fearing people to quell the pleasures of the senses and to curb the instinctive impulses through clear instructions of what is permissible and what is forbidden and division into commandments and sins, good and wicked, law-abiding and lawbreakers.

Did you understand the idea?

The lack of development of consciousness and the inability to fine-tune and withdraw the senses has created religious myths and social norms that force people to restrain the body’s lusts.

━━━

The senses and technological advancements

The new world, the Internet, and social networks have turned the world into a global village, creating immediate access to information and exposure to many possibilities in a very short time. This has greatly increased the mental stimulation that uses the senses to encourage people to consume, buy and receive diverse services.

The constant desire for pleasure and instant gratification of the senses has created a collective addiction of humanity to constant stimulation in a very fast rhythm of information and supply.

Everything gets more and more out of balance, and for many people, the meaning of life revolves around the need to stimulate the senses through experiences that create pleasure, instant gratification and the need for more, and so on.

The pursuit of the senses leads us as a society to a situation in which many of the common products and services stimulate the senses in a synthetic and processed way: smells produced in the laboratory fill the shopping malls, processed foods are saturated with substances that enhance taste and smell and color, processed images that are mutilated and filtered, music that is produced as a catchy and addictive formula and other examples that all express the forcing of the senses to get out of balance and indulge in sensory satisfaction and pleasure, as well as emotional, physical and intellectual one.

The digital age has created another mental addiction, which encourages the cultural phenomenon of “Fear of Missing Out” or, in short, FOMO – anxiety of missing out, which is social anxiety accompanied by a constant fear of missing out on pleasurable experiences that others experience.

This anxiety, too, stems from the inability to withdraw the senses and postpone gratification and is characterized by a desire to maintain continuous contact with others and a compulsive worry about the fear of missing an opportunity for social, romantic, business, or other satisfying interaction.

Mobile phones, the Internet, and social networks – provide effortless access to anyone who requires constant sensory stimulation.

But this pleasure comes at a high price.

Besides wasting time, mental resources, and financial resources, sensory addiction generates collective social conditioning to prefer everything that generates sensory satisfaction that provides immediate tangible reward and leads to a feeling of fulfillment and pleasure.

Contemporary human culture generates a clear preference for the external senses and everything that provides immediate pleasure and favors what generates a feeling of being temporarily filled. It tends to neglect the internal senses that lead to long, slow, continuous, and deep processes, which the pleasure and satisfaction they bring with them are subtle and come only after time.

━━━

The search for meaning

The human search for meaning is stopped and blocked by a culture that glorifies the focus on the self which is governed by the senses and constant mental stimulation. This leads to the fact that the society we live in pursues materialism, extravagance, and illusory mental images that create distorted standards of beauty, taste, and harmony and how to achieve them.

Contemporary human culture also goes astray after illusory images of what “spirituality” or “meaning” or “inspiration” is and what is the way to achieve them.

Many believe that if they achieve the fulfillment of the senses, they will feel full, valuable, full of meaning, and happy.

From these emerged the culture of wellness, which I mentioned earlier, aimed at a life of well-being but is often focused on sanctifying the focus on the selfish self, physical sensory well-being, and a lifestyle that supports it without seeing a broader context and connecting it to the growth and expansion of consciousness.

This distances people from seeking an inner meaning that is not based on instincts, impulses, lusts, and physical senses, as well as on identification with the body and mind as defining the self exclusively.

All this leads to unfair and paradoxical competition between spirit and matter, in contrast to the optimal state in which the spirit and matter, the consciousness and the body and the psyche, the physical senses, and the metaphysical senses all work with each other in mutual fertilization and harmony.

***

The human being as a generator – the relationship between the growth of consciousness and the senses

Conscious and spiritual growth does not sanctify the selfish self but sees the human being as a holistic being and strives to improve the self and develop it across the entire continuum between spirit and matter, body, mind and psyche, physical senses, and metaphysical senses.

A complete and holistic development process makes it possible to create a harmonious balance between the physical-external and abstract-internal senses, recognizing that the human being is a broad complex that acts as a generator that knows how to activate the spirit within matter and realize abstract ideas as physical reality.

The growth of consciousness moves human beings to a realm that exists beyond the physical senses—a realm in which there is a whole set of additional senses beyond the familiar ones. Metaphysical-abstract-internal senses help a person to open to more dimensions of fulfillment.

The growth of consciousness helps to discover an inner meaning beyond momentary well-being and sensory satisfaction and beyond the physical and body image. It is a meaning with much more extended self-expression: a spiritual, eternal self whose self-image is not based on social norms and models of beauty and value which are based on external senses.

Extended self-expression departs from the boundaries of the selfish self and is connected to a realization in which the personal meaning is connected to a broader meaning of society and of the community in which the person lives. It is self-expression that holds a connection to values that arise from the inner senses of the person and lead them beyond the immediate gratification of the body and mind.

━━━

Changing priorities and nurturing the inner senses

It is a fact in our world that the satisfaction of the physical senses is available and immediate. Therefore, there is a preference for it over the long-term investment of spiritual and cognitive satisfaction, which requires deepening, patience, and the reward it brings satisfies inner and refined senses.

Satisfying one’s inner senses requires patience, refinement, patience and a willingness to expand inwards into the psyche, from an inner search and exploration of one’s existence to an understanding of what is meaningful to them, what values are important to them, what kind of person they want to be and what they want to contribute to the society and community in which they live.

The loyalty to internal growth, expansion of consciousness, and the formation of a solid internal set of values – lead to a personal journey of fulfillment which brings with it long-term and delicate but powerful reward.

It is a refined inner spiritual reward, an inner fullness, and astonishment that inspires the mind and body.

In such pleasure, the abstract and physical senses find taste and beauty in what corresponds to the world of consciousness and values:

Healthy and moral food feels more delicious on the palate because it is harmonious with the human, the earth, and every created being.

A person whose inner being radiates – looks beautiful because the inner harmony is reflected outwardly.

Scents from nature – delight the nose because they connect to a balanced and ecological life.

Aesthetics of matter – pleases the eye as it comes from a sustainable approach that expresses creativity and pure translation of spirit into matter.

The development of the inner senses changes priorities, redefines the boundaries of personal reality, and opens the person to new dimensions within this world in which we play the game of life.

Our world is a beautiful world designed to merge the spirit with matter in a harmonious and balanced way, creating a whole continuum between the abstract and the realized and between the sublime and the material.

The human being, too, is a wonderful being designed to sustain itself throughout the continuum and act as a generator that moves the spirit into matter and grants added value wherever it passes.

Our senses are our personal recording device, which records the experience of life through a variety of channels and enables us to weave living bonds, living moments charged with a diverse sensory experience, to which we are those who pour the spirit, the consciousness, and the meaning into, leaving behind an eternal trail that tells of our existence in time and space.

Our world is changing and many forces operate in it simultaneously.

The various trends often contradict each other – but they all reflect the decline of the old world and the first steps in the establishment of a new world: a world that is different from the one we knew. This world is being shaped by humanity via global and local processes that are intertwined.

In many places, democracy is fading. This happens in a gradual process, where a numb and blind public allows more and more democratic rights and values to be eaten away, piece by piece. This is until democracy will disappear in thin silence, due to the absence of gatekeepers or public consciousness that can back it up.

This is an interesting trend, as it reflects the human tendency to treat what exists, and is present in our lives, as something that is taken for granted. Yes, yes, I am talking about democracy, which many people do not cherish or appreciate, and most importantly: are not wise to defend.

Our world is in a tremendous cultural transition that will change the face of humanity. Everything is dynamic, changing, and being reshaped while we gallop into the 21st century.

In many countries democracies are dying and fighting for their lives in a process of continuous decay.

Capitalism, based on distorted economic concepts, greedily gnaws away at the earth’s resources and leads humanity to collective suicide and the destruction of the planet.

Social networks that connect all parts of the world and allow information to flow to every corner of the globe, are, at the same time, also poisoning the human mind with irrelevant information that overloads the mind and clouds the senses – until humanity will get tired of it. Until the increased mental and sensory stimulation will lead to numbness followed by a desire for something else, which connects to the beyond.

As part of the trend I am describing to you, countries in which the public enjoys the benefits of democracy without cultivating it in the public consciousness, are currently experiencing regression and a shift towards extreme areas. The social, economic, and cultural meanings of this shift will become clear to the public later when this process will lead to more and more extremism. This, until the public will be fed up with this trend, shake it off and will ask to return to the embrace of democracy when it is reconciled, appreciated loved and above all enables a completely new level of social and cultural consciousness.

Defending democracy does not involve war or struggle, but rather requires action in the spirit of democracy.

This is an action that involves giving, and dignity. This will be achieved by initiation to the understanding of democracy and its values, and by constant cultivation of the democratic consciousness among the public, so that the public spirit will support the democratic conduct, which represents high and pure values of respect for each human being, progress, peace, freedom, and equality before the law.

But as mentioned, at the moment we see that there are opposite trends in the world: the rise of fascism, nationalism, religious conservatism, and the like, all of which trample on the values of democracy and gradually abolish it.

The extreme right is established as mainstream in democratic countries such as Italy where an extreme right party recently won the elections.

And many more trends around the world, as well as here in Israel, which represent a continuous erosion of democratic values, populism, deterioration of values, and the pursuit of a conservative worldview that undermines the foundations of democracy.

This being said – we can see that in countries that already know what an anti-democratic, conservative, religious, nationalist regime is – protests, such as the protest in Iran, arise. These protests are a product of the awakening of public awareness and a desire for equality before the law, freedom of speech, and the ability to govern oneself openly and fairly.

Cuba is experiencing a fascinating social process in which a progressive Family Code was passed in a national referendum, bringing to the forefront the concept of equality and freedom for members of the LGBTQ community, alongside a broad definition of what a family is and the regulation of the social rights of diverse family structures.

The Russian public is beginning to feel firsthand the consequences of the war in Ukraine and is beginning to wake up due to Putin’s decision of mass recruitment, which affects the Russian public daily lives.

And more examples around the world that describe many forces that work simultaneously and express a wave of change that has many and varied faces: some of which express regression (from which growth will come), and some express progress towards new stages in the cultural-social evolution.

These are processes that will take their time and during which we will see areas of the world that will enter a period of darkness, a “Medieval Age” of the modern era, alongside areas of the world that are experiencing a renaissance.

In many parts of the world, development will happen while ‘being pushed against a wall’. This means that the awakening will take its time and be painful, but in the future to come, it will lead to conclusions that will give birth to a cultural renaissance and a change in the perception of the world.

Alongside this, we will meet regions across the globe that are experiencing a cultural acceleration that is generating profound changes in the perception of the world and the infrastructures of human society.

This is a fascinating period, in which we must understand that there are no absolute forces – but a mixture of trends, all of which, both the positive and the negative ones, represent a tremendous wave of change that cannot be avoided and that will shape humanity in the future to come.

What will the new world look like?

Things come into being, and what we create shall become.

Along the way, I often write about the importance of values as a basis for harmonious existence, both as individuals and as a society.

Moreover, I have often emphasized that the evolution of a society and its ability to survive upheavals and crises, stems from a willingness to examine these values, improve and perfect them, so that they may evolve and continually support a new level of development.

As the events around us become more extreme, we are facing a significant crossroads as a society. This is a crossroad that forces us to look deep within, wake up and redefine our priorities.

In this column, I would like to help you better understand why values are an important component when seeking to sustain evolution, develop, maintain cognitive growth in the reality of the twenty-first century, prosper, and have a life of harmony, balance, and renewal.

━━━

The transition into the twenty-first century involves tremendous change. This change is based on a technological acceleration that touches all areas of life and creates a sharp rise in the amount of information we are exposed to.

Virtual worlds exist alongside the physical world and are expressed through the rise of social networks, a large amount of information coming from the various internet channels, online shopping sites, the gaming and the virtual reality worlds, and many more channels of information and influence that flow into the human consciousness and influence it.

The ability to consciously conduct ourselves and remain oriented when facing this overload of information and a multitude of dimensions is an acquired ability that forces the mind and human cognition to evolve and adapt.

Those that don’t evolve and create the described change, find themselves maneuvered and controlled by consciousness engineers who play and manipulate with their thoughts and brain, in order to gain control and navigate the masses, by influencing the perception of reality, influencing self-esteem, influencing self-identity, influencing political opinions, consumerism, lifestyles, and more.

━━━

At the present time, we can already identify this trend: many people are experiencing decreased cognitive ability, which is the product of exposure to a new reality.

The cognitive decline is expressed through an inability to contain data or broad and complex information, an inability to focus, impatience, a need for constant mental stimulation, superficiality, numbness, and a lack of clarity and self-estimation.

The general use of legal and legitimate substances to dull the mind and consciousness has become widespread:

Commercial TV channels produce shallow and addictive formulas that enhance a decline in cognitive abilities and enhance a fictitious reality that is based on distorted values. This is a reality that supports a hunger for the narrative produced by those who control the media.

Social network celebrities distribute a fake and illusory image that promotes a hollow and distorted model of inspiration, which influences body-image and self-image, encouraging an appetite for personal fulfillment that lacks vision and values but is rather focused on hedonism, selfishness, ignorance, detachment and superficiality.

Reality is not absolute. It is layered and complex. The cognitive decline encourages a perception of reality that is absolute, shallow, and dichotomic, thus hindering the ability to perceive a broad and layered reality and open up to new channels and additional dimensions of thought, belief systems, consciousness, and knowledge.

This makes it easy to maneuver and control large sections of the public, creating a fall in consciousness, and deterioration of values and morals.

━━━

A natural evolutionary process holds within it a gradual transition from one level of consciousness to the next and requires an evolution of the values that provide the foundation for society and its existence.

Values express a threshold of consciousness.

Through the use of words and language, values provide a reference point for all to aspire to, in order to express worthy humanity that restrains animal-like impulses, granting priority to a spiritual and conscious world that fully utilizes the best of the human psyche.

This is a reference point that creates a common truth, an agreement that connects the different shades and approaches and enables cooperation.

Values draw a framework in which the individual and society can act in order to fulfill their vision and express essence and meaning.

Therefore, the existence of a set of values is immensely important as the basis for all layers of society.

━━━

In addition to this, values are the basis through which we can develop a mental capacity to cope with the trends described which will become stronger as we move deeper into the twenty-first century and the new era.

A set of values provides a mental construction that allows stabilizing thought with the help of values that provide mental anchors in a world overflowing with information and systems that influence humanity.

Containing the values, contemplating them, and cultivating the meaning and essence they express, creates information crossroads in the mind, which supports the process of deciphering, containing, processing information and filtering it, according to the measures and criteria dictated by the set of values and its reference points.

This process begins with an ability to contain the ideas and consciousness at the foundation of the values. This changes the transmission systems of the human brain and influences thought patterns, logic, and reasoning. Through the change in mental deciphering and translation systems, the perception of reality also changes.

Once the individual is connected to values, their cognitive ability is channeled towards addressing that which is important.

In this state, the brain effectively sifts through anything that is irrelevant (everything that stands in contrast to the mental anchors found within the values and the standards they provide) and enables to maintain clear and open consciousness and awake awareness, even in an unstable and stormy environment.

Values, which act as mental anchors, enable the individual to adjust their thoughts in a manner that creates a clear estimate of reality that is free from influences and bias. This estimate is possible because values provide a stable and continual reference point.

━━━

The self-observation through the mental anchors provided by values, enables self-estimate, self-control, and an ability to improve manners of conduct and lifestyle so that it is adapted to the values, backs them up, and builds a bridge between the standards and the actual conduct.

For example, when a person upholds the value “purity of word”, this provides a mental anchor that creates a cognitive reference point that helps to sift out irrelevant data, such as contexts containing gossip, lies, slander, violence, quarrels, and so on.

Thus, the brain and the cognitive system are free to process information that is void of such contexts.

This is a process where a connection to the value “purity of word” creates a framework for conduct that sifts and rejects the information that does not meet the criteria of “purity of world” thus freeing the psyche from aspects that negatively influence and arouse the emotional system and cloud the thinking in an effort to control and manipulate the individual.

━━━

A connection to values and to the mental anchors they create establishes a cognitive infrastructure that contains premises we can adopt in order to live a full and enhanced life.

This infrastructure acts as a safety net that enables both the individual and the society they are part of, to develop, grow, and manifest their vision.

The connection to values, the ability to develop them according to the spirit of the times, and the ability to rely on them as infrastructure, are key to the evolution of human society and its ability to survive and continue to exist as it enters the twenty-first century, which heralds the beginning of the new era.

Think about it…

Yours with love,
Louharya

What association comes to mind when you hear the term ‘portal’?

For most people, the term ‘portal’ sounds like something that belongs to science fiction and fantasy movies, or astrophysics, and the mental associations that arise are of something inaccessible, abstract, vague and even esoteric and unreal.
But portals – which are gates to different reality dimensions – exist right here, around us, are part of our reality, and are accessible in our daily lives as part of our life processes here on Earth.
Before you continue reading, I would like to ask you to leave aside any reluctance or prejudice you might have towards the term, express a willingness to expand your consciousness, and let’s dive together into a portal…

So how do we go through portals and expose ourselves to new realities?

Our reality is full of portals – gates that allow us to move between dimensions.
As I wrote in the beginning, most people think that moving through portals can be done by using spaceships or magical gates that lead to fantastic and fictional realities, while in fact the movement through a portal is done via a shift from one state of consciousness to another, which occurs when you expand your perception and open to new spectrums of reality.
There are many different and diverse ways to expand your perception and open your consciousness.
Throughout human history, humans have strived to expand their consciousness and experience a more expanded reality than the existing one. This desire has come out of reasons such as curiosity, spiritual search, a desire to receive inspiration, or a passion to awaken the psyche and embark on joyful and stimulating journeys. This desire has led to religious rituals, usage of mind-altering substances, occult practices and mysticism, music and arts, and additional means all meant to lead from one state of consciousness to another, to open the senses and expand them, and to enable an experience of reality that lies beyond the familiar, visible and known.
The ability to expand consciousness lies within each one of us. At its base lies the willingness to undermine the existing perception in order to open up to a broader perception, to undermine one state of consciousness in favor of a new one.
The undermining of perception can be initiated or random, but it leads to a change of perspective that is usually accompanied by a mental and emotional experience that constitutes a significant event that changes the individual from within.
Are you familiar with having a sudden insight that changes the entire way you observe yourself, the world and life?
This is a moment in which you go through a portal, meaning that your consciousness jumps from one state to another.

The difference between going through portals randomly or with an initiation

As mentioned, going through a portal can be random and instant, or gradual and initiated.
In both cases, a shift from one state to another has occurred. The shift can be sudden and without preparation or it can be established gradually as part of an initiated process that involves crossing a critical mass, followed by a jump from one state of consciousness to another.
In a sudden jump that holds no prior preparation, those going through a portal can find themselves in an experience they are not ready and able to contain mentally and emotionally. This experience can thus be perceived as traumatic, or alternatively fade away as a vague memory that has no practical meaning.
In a planned and initiated jump, a person creates a mental basis that holds the willingness and the maturity to go through one state of consciousness to another. In this way, the moment the jump takes place and the transition through the portal occurs, they are probably capable of containing both the experience and the new broad-spectrum and even deriving practical meaning from this for their lives.
An initiated transition through a portal is possible when you do not limit yourself to one definite perception, but acknowledge that reality has many faces and many dimensions. You are thus open, curious and flexible to receive new ideas and angles of perception that gradually expand your consciousness to a new dimension or a new level where the reality is much broader than you have known so far.

The portals exist within the reality in which we live

We all live here on Earth but reality has many faces and layers and it holds additional dimensions that exist beyond the patterns humanity has been mentally tracked to recognize and live by.
Portals are spread throughout our reality, looking like transitions from one type of reality to another, which are not open to everyone but only to those coordinated to them.
Try to imagine reality as a layer cake and that you can move through more and more layers of the cake and discover new tastes that exist within the layers you haven’t tasted before. If you look at the cake through a limited perception that sees the cake with only one layer, you will not be able to stick your teaspoon into additional layers as you won’t even look for them, since they do not exist in your perception.
Meaning that the secret to moving through portals is to be able to identify and recognize them within reality, as your awareness is coordinated to them and your psyche can contain them.
Your perception and consciousness are the keys to opening the door to the ability to go through portals – but your psyche is required to support it.

Why do you need a mental ability to go through a portal?

When you agree to go through a portal you agree to undermine an existing situation in favor of a new one. Thus, you cannot know who you will become on the other side.
Going through a portal requires courage. It requires you to allow your perception to open up and change, to go through a change within your psyche, thoughts, emotions and in the way you experience yourself and reality- to come out on the other side different to who you were before.
This requires trust, devotion and a willingness to change, without being attached to the known and familiar and without being afraid to lose something on the way.
This is a willingness to go through a portal that will change you from within, while knowing that whatever is right and authentic for you will continue with you into the new reality, and what isn’t will dissolve and disappear, and that’s fine.

Going through portals is a practical matter related to daily reality

Going through portals may seem to you to be distant or disconnected from reality, but in fact it is really connected to our daily practical life.
For example, let’s say that you smoke and out of curiosity and openness you are exposed to consciousness that completely changes your perception of smoking.
You have started to go through a portal and if you continue to move through it, you will start to go through a mental-emotional change that might cause you to stop smoking.
If you hold onto who you are and your habits, you will not come out on the other side of the portal into a reality in which you do not smoke.
Or if you are in a relationship of one-sided love and you are willing to go through a portal into a new reality, you will need to agree to release the perception that you are not worthy, or release the fear of really opening your heart to fulfill love, even if it may hurt you and be painful.
But first you need to recognize the portal, the window of opportunity that will transfer you towards a reality in which you can experience mutual love and believe that it is all possible for you.
The portals are available. They are spread throughout reality but it is necessary to acknowledge their existence and then agree to go through them.
The ability to go through portals has one primary and distinctive rule: Follow your soul’s wish devotedly and listen to the inner voice that shows you the portal and pushes you to go through it. I call this rule: “Wherever you go, I shall follow.”
This is an alliance of love between you and your soul, and between you and your inner guidance.
When you go through a portal, try to release the mind and the logic that are holding onto known patterns, and create a commitment to follow your heart, your inner compass. In order to follow your soul’s wish, listen to your vision and dreams and follow them devotedly, thus creating the mental and emotional platform that will allow you to go through the portal.
Within this commitment lies the agreement to keep moving, to change, not to be attached, not to be afraid of losing something, but rather to know that what is real will move forward along with you, even after the transition through the portal, and whatever isn’t will dissolve and disappear from your life.

How to deal with the fear of losing identity?

When the moment comes that you go through the portal and start sensing your consciousness expanding, your perception changes and your identity fades for a moment, a new self begins consolidating and becoming more significant. At this moment, if the fears of not knowing who you are or of losing your self-identity arise within you, ask yourselves a simple question:
What will happen if I lose myself and no longer know who I am?
This question will make you observe with clarity the fear of losing something. It will also allow you to discover the fear of the unknown – meaning that this question will define the fear you are feeling.
When you do so, you will discover that the fear is not abstract, vague, big and frightening anymore, but rather a fear with a name and face. This means that the fear is not abstract and unclear, but rather clear and visible. In this way, you can provide it with a simple, clear, wise, empathetic and caring solution, using your consciousness and awareness.
When something scares you, define it wisely – thereby inserting it into a template and an area you can deal and cope with accurately and specifically without losing focus and getting lost in the fear.

Fundamental guidelines for going through portals:

1. It is all a matter of perception! Reality isn’t definite, but rather flexible, dynamic and multi-layered.
2. You don’t know what you don’t know, and therefore there is nothing illogical, but rather there are things you do not know how to classify or categorize in your mind as they do not exist within the norms and the spectrum you are familiar with.
3. Openness, curiosity and mental flexibility open gates within your consciousness and lead to new dimensions where the reality is different from the known and familiar.
4. Developing consciousness and self-awareness create a stable mental basis that allows for moving through a portal with balance.
5. There is a moment in which a transition through a portal can exist and a jump can occur. At this moment, allow the known reality to dissolve, and for a moment allow yourselves not to know who you are or what is about to happen.
6. Trust and devotion are the keys to discovering new dimensions within and outside of you – commit to your soul to follow its guidance and announce ‘Wherever you go, I shall follow!’ This will allow you to create the leap of faith from a known and familiar state to a new state and will provide you with a sense of confidence and support. It will enhance your courage to go through the portal and discover a new reality and a new self.

Yesterday we celebrated international women’s day, and I think to myself that now, more than ever, our world is craving for feminine energy. Healing energy, full of wisdom, compassion, acceptance, and enabling. A containing feminine energy that is like a fertile womb for growing the buds of a new humanity.

Don’t be mistaken. The feminine energy I am referring to isn’t exclusive to women only.

This is a universal quality, embedded in each one of us, asking to be expressed.

Feminine and masculine qualities exist in all of us, interwoven in the cords of the psyche as cosmic forces that allow humans a broad and rich expression, and inner enrichment that activates the psyche and gives birth to inspiration and the power of life.

The feminine and masculine energies activate each other, balance each other, enrich each other, and grant us both the masculine ability to break through, reach targets, expand, fulfill and achieve, as well as the feminine ability to contain processes, to pour into the achieved targets meaning and essence, and maintain self-monitoring, and doing all this while holding a holistic, maternal vision, which is full of grace and a built-in Enlightened Heart.

The feminine energy cannot act separately from the masculine power, and in its nature is working with it in mutual reciprocity and cooperation that create a whole.

For a long time now, our world has been out of balance, glorifying the masculine power in a manner that suppressed the feminine energy and didn’t allow it to fulfill its role, which is balancing the masculine power, enriching and directing its path.

Originally, when the masculine energy is balanced and healthy, it is meant to be a force that breaks through, allowing expansion towards new horizons while cooperating with the feminine, which is an enriching, directing, moderating, holistic, and wise energy.

In actuality, the reality we live in is a product of the masculine power that is out of control.

For a long time, masculine energy has been raging across Earth.

The masculine power that is out of balance has been seeding destruction, evoking wars, endorsing competition over resources, crowning leaders and corporate owners who have a violent and aggressive ego and wish to obtain more power and control for themselves.

The masculine power that is out of balance has been exploiting the resources of Earth to exhaustion, which consequently leads to the climate crisis threatening our future. This out-of-control masculine power has been diminishing ruthlessly the flora and fauna, abusing weak populations, perpetuating religions that glorify masculine divinity and patriarchy, and leading the human race in a closed cycle of self-destruction.

We can’t ignore the results appearing in front of our eyes, making us confront the fact that as a civilization we must change our ways and enhance the feminine power as human culture.

Our world is crying for help, for feminine energy that can contain, caress, and heal the pain, suffering, horror, and sorrow. Feminine quality that holds a broad vision of processes and acknowledgment that we are not separated from each other but rather connected to each other in a strong bond and our destiny is a mutual one.

We are all the children of the feminine energy, with no relation to religion, nation, race, or gender.

We all carry the feminine power within us.

We are all required to express it more in order to balance the family of mankind.

In such painful days in which the invasion of Ukraine is vulgarly presenting before us an imbalanced and destructive masculine power, I see in the international women’s day an opportunity to enhance the feminine power embedded in each one of us and direct our attention towards it as the citizens of Earth, the family of mankind, with love, mutual responsibility, attentiveness to all expressions of life upon Earth, compassion and empathy, grace, enlightened heart, and vivid memory that we are all one.

Social networks, news, and entertainment channels are all busy with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Many are watching war being broadcast live through their telephones: videos of tanks, missiles, planes, and soldiers, which look like they were taken from an action movie.

The experience of many people is that we have awakened to an absurd reality – how come in 2022, on peaceful European soil, for no apparent reason, we see once again, the horrors of war? And how does all this relate to our life in the 21st century, which already seemed so far from such scenarios, where one country decides one bright morning to occupy another country?

Surreal scenarios are brewing before our eyes: The European Broadcasting Union announces that it will not allow Russia to perform at the Eurovision Song Contest; a large porn site blocks access to Russians and invites them to condemn the invasion of Ukraine; Someone shares a video of a Russian tank purposely running over a car with no regard to the driver still inside (the driver was rescued safely).  There are more and more sights that reach every home and reinforce the understanding that our world is in a constant tailspin, moving from one extreme event to another, all of which invite us to do soul-searching and introspection, wake up and ask ourselves what is happening here, right before our eyes.

The invasion of Ukraine is another piece of the puzzle, another part of a broad scenario, part of the great transition in which human civilization finds itself, where there is a power struggle between the old world and the new one seeking to be born.

━━━

We are in a time of transition, in which the whole world is being reshaped.

This transition does not take place in a void and is part of changing the entire playing field of Earth during the transition between ages.

It is a transition from a masculine, patriarchal era, representing the struggle for resources, ego, competitiveness, aspiration to conquer and achieve, aggressiveness, focusing on filling the self through materialism and consumerism, towards a new era, of a feminine quality that represents a desire for cooperation, mutual enrichment, tolerance, containment, subtle strength and connection to consciousness and spiritual inspiration, which fills the mind with satisfaction and purpose.

Putin and other authoritarian rulers who maintain undemocratic regimes represent the old era, which is breathing its last breaths.

These are aggressive, self-centered, violent rulers, full of male-ego, who aspire for recognition and admiration, and overthrow anything that stands in their way, out of arbitrariness and limited consciousness (a good example is the ridiculous picture of Putin sitting bare-chested on a horse, full of self-importance while trying to convey sexy masculinity…).

These leaders exploit their broad strategic vision to manipulate and create an influence that benefits their agenda, which is selfish, polarized, and exists under a glass ceiling.

The old world is a world of ego, masculinity (in its negative form), the pursuit of honor and power, competition, a desire to control and subdue, and a struggle for resources and hegemony. It is a world that is fluttering persistent and powerful dying breaths, thereby creating global upheavals, including the climate crisis, global warming, and Covid that has hit humanity wave after wave.

In the turmoil between the old and the new, we see buds of new leadership and new and holistic thinking, alongside a struggle of old-world leaders to preserve the existing order and to continue to hold control and hegemony.

This process takes place over a long period, in which democracies are undermined, the world map becomes dynamic and reality urges humanity to recognize the need to change norms, collective conventions, and habits, and understand that the time to save the planet is now!

━━━

The world is splitting into realities that exist side by side:

Some areas adapt to the new era and enter it with a willingness to create change and evolve to the next level. These are areas in the world where new norms, conventions, and a fresh worldview that breeds cooperation, reciprocity, mutual enrichment, freedom of expression, creativity, and unity, will quickly begin to emerge.

Alongside areas moving into the new age, some areas are in a tailspin, fluttering in a whirlpool of old energy. These are areas that will continue to operate according to distorted norms in which the reality of control, fear, violence, forcefulness, and a polarized and arbitrary perception will prevail, leading to the loss of personal freedom and life under the watchful eye of “Big Brother”.

The invasion of Ukraine represents a stage in the power struggle I have described. It is a stage in the transition between the old and new eras, and it is important to address it with the understanding that this is a course of action that represents a world that is ending. A move that has “positive” and “negative” consequences.

This move pushes for more collaborations and joining forces, and it accelerates processes of awakening to the importance of sharing information and resources.

It is important that we observe these processes and understand the comprehensive context in which they are occurring, thus understanding that things are neither “good” nor “bad”. We must recognize that reality is a product of choices, results, and consequences and that we agree to create change by acknowledging that power struggles based on violence, ego, desire for control, and appropriation – represent the old world that is dying in front of our eyes.

The power struggles between old and new, are represented each time by different players, who appear on the stage of our changing world.

At present, the players are Russia, under Putin’s leadership, representing the old world, which expresses acts of aggression, violence, manipulation, lies, one-sidedness, male-ego, arbitrariness, and intrusion, (while China supporting it and represents the trampling of human rights, widespread destruction, pollution of natural resources and economic imperialism). On the other hand, the United States, NATO Alliance, and other European countries seek to establish a different policy than the one existing thus far – one of transparency, information sharing, cooperation, joining forces, democracy, and actions representing the buds of the New World.

Players on both sides are playing a game that still operates under the old regularity and norms that need to be updated to the spirit of the times and the values of the new era.

For example: in 1994, Ukraine agreed to dismantle its nuclear arsenal. This is because the United States, Britain, and Russia have pledged to respect its independence and to refrain from using military force against it. And what is happening today? Who respects this agreement and protects Ukraine?

What is the point of creating international agreements if there are no universal values that all leaders are unequivocally committed to following, even when they change? What is the point of diplomacy-based contracts if the political instrument that creates and removes leaders crushes diplomacy with cruelty? How can the rise of leaders who endanger public peace and the peace of the planet be prevented?

In practice – we are all inhabitants of Earth, the family of humanity, who share a common destiny and a common home, part of the same universal unity. We are different but similar, from the same source. Ukraine is all of us.

━━━

The war in Ukraine undermines the existing order, and at the same time liberates people from the numbness and blindness of a world that has forgotten what wars are, and is immersed in reality tv, and the escapism offered by Instagram and silly TikTok challenges.

The war in Ukraine is making headlines, but it is important to remember that much of the destruction and violence is happening now not only in Ukraine but on a regular and ongoing basis, as part of the daily reality in regions of the world that many find less attractive and interesting. A neglected backyard, where the reality of life is violent and horrible.

When the war reaches Europe, for many people it becomes a reality show – a live war, which feels much closer and more threatening. Suddenly it feels close, personal, right in our front yard …

The exposure to this war is tremendous, and it is sweeping the media and social networks, bringing this war into almost every home.

This shows the ugliness, violence, fear, and absurdity, prevalent in the destruction and dismantling of human achievements and disregard for human life, in the name of false and biased values and a forceful aspiration for control over another nation.

This underscores the fact that still, in 2022, war, violence, force, destruction, and murder, are tools for changing reality and accumulating political, economic, and diplomatic achievements.

This high exposure on social and digital media has pros and cons.

On the one hand – a large number of posts on social networks creates a mix of information, some of which are true live reports and documentation of what is happening, and some of which is biased, lies, and falsified information designed to influence public opinion, shape the “truth” and “reality” according to interest and need, and to influence morale.

On the other hand – these posts, which reveal events in real-time, prevent the concealment and cover-up of information, bringing the war closer to the hearts and minds of a large public, which cannot ignore what is happening live before their eyes.

Social networks emphasize and illustrate that in war real people, just like those watching the war through the networks, are being harmed. This evokes empathy and solidarity, along with a sense of disgust from the violence presented without filters.

This war is taking place in several arenas at the same time: the actual arena on the ground, the political-diplomatic arena, and the consciousness arena.

Social media is part of the war on consciousness, and it can affect the other arenas, because public opinion has power and has an impact on global leadership.

But in my eyes, to do this a new leadership is required. A proactive leadership that leads the way, and not one that just reacts.

━━━

Many people around the globe are still looking towards the world leaders, hoping they will end the aggressive, violent, and unilateral act this war is creating.

In practice, leaders do not really offer new solutions and new thinking, but operate under a glass ceiling, creating more of the same while using the same tools and methods.

Some leaders have goodwill and pure intentions, while others are driven by distorted interests and biased values that represent the old era.

In practice, world leaders are still captive to international norms and conventions, trapped in a tangle of interests that perpetuate a reality of wars, power struggles, conflicts of interest, and a lack of holistic thinking in universal terms.

The leaders of humanity are required to be the ones who transcend ego and personal motives, leaders with a new consciousness and spirit, who allow them to see through the collective glass ceiling and offer a new horizon of possibilities for conduct.

We require leaders who can look at the future of humanity, not in terms of states, nations, and struggles for resources – but as a ship sailing through space, with all of us, as the human race on board, sharing the same destiny.

Are you familiar with the butterfly effect?

The rifle that fires in Ukraine affects each one of us.  We must acknowledge this.

The reality unfolding before our eyes raises another question:

Does the political and diplomatic instrument still serve the benefit of humanity and the optimal path for human civilization, or has it become a network of webs that captures every goodwill and pure intention? A network of webs that eliminates any desire for innovative and groundbreaking conduct, a tangle of interests that capture and inhibit the possibility to generate changes in the balance of power that serves the old world?

The struggle between old and new is a struggle between world perceptions.

Between those addicted to power and money seeking to preserve the struggle for resources, separation by using identity politics, manipulation, capital-government ties, hypocrisy, and systems of concealment, maneuvering public opinion and engineering human consciousness to control and exploit humanity and the earth’s resources – and between those who seek to evoke new priorities that hold holistic thinking, a recognition that we are part of the same whole, connected to each other, influencing each other. These are leaders who strive for transparency, seeking to empower truth and integrity in a manner that prepares and mentors humans to become active partners in creating a reality of peace, mutual enrichment, and harmony.

We are not detached from the process I describe, because we too, here, in our daily lives, witness or share all the ills of the old world: identity politics, nationalism, racism, aggression, violence, quarreling, manipulation and lies, unfulfilled promises, unjustified hatred, partisanship, segregation, lack of responsibility, violence, blindness, and more and more.

Each of our actions defines in which world we choose to live:

In the old, conflicted, ignorant, and violent world, where we fight each other and destroy ourselves and the earth, or in the new world, where we cooperate, and through our intelligence and awareness nurture and enrich each other and save the earth.

━━━

It is important that we recognize that we are all partners in shaping the collective reality and to illustrate this I will give you an example.

Try to think of the reality in which we now live, like a ship about to sink, tilting to one side, in a sharp and dangerous way.

This tilt is caused by ongoing conduct, which perpetuates trends of self-destruction and closed-circle movement, in which more and more of the same thing is done, gradually sinking the ship with all its passengers.

Self-extinction is the result of everything I wrote in previous chapters: the collective norms and conventions that give legitimacy to resource exhaustion, competition, aggression, a dominant male ego that conquest of cultures and nations, continuous exploitation of nature, and the mining of the resources of the human spirit and manipulation of consciousness, that perpetuates blindness, separation, and unjustified hatred.

Now, try to imagine that all the passengers of the ship, take proactive action, cooperating to move to the opposite side, beginning to create a counterforce that returns the ship to equilibrium.

Today, in the state of emergency we are in, the ship’s tilt is in the direction of masculine, combative, violent, conquering, aggressive energy, which holds competition, self-glorification, selfishness, a desire to control, aggressiveness, possessiveness, and a lack of holistic thinking.

We, as a human species, are required to tilt the ship in the opposite direction and cultivate feminine energy, which is containing, enables cooperation, nourishment, and mutual enrichment. A female quality, which brings comprehensive vision and holistic thinking, which holds love and kindness, benevolence, an enlightened heart and strength, integrity and authenticity. A female quality that knows how to lead, influence, and change trends on the world stage, by the force of the realization that we are all from the same source.

The ability to create change is in the hands of each one of us because we are all required to rebalance this huge ship that is our home, our planet, together.

We can do this in everyday actions, which hold the choice of a new consciousness and the release of old conventions and distorted norms in favor of new values and a lifestyle that reflects them.

We can do this by choosing leaders and policies that represent the new world, by agreeing to formulate a universal identity and preferring it to a local and national identity.

We can do this by renouncing practices that represent the old world.

We can do this from a sense of universal brotherhood and the creation of global public opinion, shifting the weight towards new trends that lead to a new worldview, changing market forces, and establishing political and social power that is based on new values.

We can do this by filtering the information we consume while echoing a new consciousness and spirit, in all the channels and social networks that create public opinion.

We can do this by collaborating and paying attention to the trends we want to cultivate and empower which represent the energy and consciousness of containment, nourishment, acceptance, consciousness growth and the nurturing of the human spirit, and a sustainable lifestyle.

We can do this out of solidarity with Ukraine and all that it represents within the broad processes taking place, presenting us with a choice:  what future do we want to create?

We can look at history in retrospect, and we can also influence the formation of history while it happens in the here and now.

We must do this out of loyalty to the values that represent the female energy I have described.

It is important not to become captive of power struggles and the categorization of things as “good” or “bad,” which brings forth unjustified hatred, quarrels, and an absolute carved-in-stone worldview. This is because, within actions designed to create change, people can easily dedicate themselves to struggle, thus inadvertently becoming an exact reflection of the enemy they are fighting.

The climate crisis, the coronavirus, the invasion of Ukraine, are all part of the milestones in a reality that is rapidly changing before our eyes, in the power struggle between old and new.

Will we succeed together, in global cooperation, to balance the ship, sailing it to a safe haven?

Will we choose the path of strength and validity which are expressed with kindness and an enlightened heart?

Will we choose universal values and shift the weight and attention towards cultivating the new?

Will we succeed in shaping a public opinion that becomes the new leadership?

I believe that we have the ability to influence and that what we create is what shall become.
